It was in a good location. The room was a bit worn down.

The room itself was very clean and spacious. I picked it because it's centrally located in Chinatown/Kensington market area with convenient parking. There is a massage spa located on the lobby level with very nice people, comfortable/clean facilities, and good rates. The continental breakfast is very minimal, but we didn't plan to use it anyway since there were so many good food options just outside the hotel. Only 'heads up' I can offer you is that on Sundays, there's a pop up church in the center of the shopping complex (the hotel is attached). You can hear the singing very clearly in your room. They were gone by the time we came back in the evening. Clean, affordable, centrally located.

This was such a unique place. Its above a Chinese market in Chinatown Toronto. Evverything we were there to see and do in less than 24 hours was within walking distance. The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The staff were all nice and very accomodating.

The room was good-sized, and the location was great. The breakfast didn’t have a very learned selection. The most disappointing aspect was the shower. It hardly had any water pressure at all.

If you are from a small town or have a white picket fence around your suburban home you will be traumatized walking up to this hotel. BUT, like any good adventure blink your eyes hard a couple times and you'll be fine. Once inside ,the hotel was nice, clean, and conveniently located. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. The breakfast was your average continental breakfast. We were traveling with our family and had no problems, just make sure you use the hotel's entrance to the parking structure. At first we were confused as how to access the hotel, as you see from the pictures it is above a store front. We used the first stairway we found coming out of the parking structure and it was not for the faint of heart. We were here for the weekend and had a budget. We were satisfied, but I believe, got what we paid for. For our family I would probably book elsewhere next time, but for a group of college kids looking to explore this would be perfect.

Very clean. Everyone was very nice. There is a little "bar" area that could use some improvement.

It was very clean and quiet. The beds and pillows are very comfortable.

THE ROOM WAS NICE AND IT WAS QUITE, HOWEVER WHERE YOU PARK YOUR CAR AND COME UP STAIRS SMELLS LIKE URINE VERY BAD. MY ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED AT ALL DURING MY STAY I DID REPORT IT. WE HASD TO HAVE CLEAN TOWELS AND THINGS BROUGHT TO THE ROOM. THE PRICE WAS DIFFERENT THEN WHAT I WAS TOLD THIS WAS NOT A GREAT RIP LIKE I THOUGHT IT WAS I WAS NOT HAPPY AND I WILL NOT RETURN .

Nice hotel , close to china town...................

Staff was welcoming and were able to check us in early. Our room was clean and the location of the hotel was perfect! So many food options in the area!

Terrible conditions and bad location. Staff is very bad

There wasn’t anything particularly wrong with this hotel; it just wasn’t anything special. The location was odd...attached to a weird Chinatown “mall”...I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. We came up the wrong stairwell from the parking garage and wound up in a weird Chinese food court. The free breakfast wasn’t great either. Not nearly enough tables , with unfriendly signs stating that you had to keep the food in the dining room. But there were no available seats! And one waffle maker.

The hotel is so old and everything was falling apart. Elevator not working and the (mall?) escalators are not working. All the door to access from the garage to the hotel were locked. We had to walk from the garage entrance to the front door. Room was big, but not comfortable. We found roach in our room.

Hotel was near the Air Canada Centre which is why I booked here. The rooms were nice, clean, the staff there was really friendly, there was breakfast in the morning so that was a plus. Being that this hotel is in downtown Toronto the parking situation was horrible, at least for us. The parking garage for one did not have a working elevator. So we had to walk 3 flights of stairs with luggage and our dog just to get on the street and walk to the entrance, where you take another elevator up to the lobby. Because we were staying there three days you have the option to get a parking pass/badge to go in and out of the garage as you please, this particular pass did not work for us, we were given two passes and both of them did not work, making us stuck in the garage while one of us went to the lobby and got a ticket pass instead. Other than that our stay at this hotel was decent and would recommend if you're doing anything downtown.

Didn't stay left!!! No more to say don't stay here!

This was a great hotel, rooms are large and clean and staff is super friendly.
