Was a really good stay - really liked the room. It was clean, modern and felt homely. Lots of bars around and food options. If you’re after a supermarket, there’s one behind in the next street. Only negative is that it can be noisy at night as the glass is thin. This was especially true on a Saturday night as could hear everyone walking past etc

Once we got a room that didn't have issues. It was good. 1st off AC was not working correctly, then the tub back up sewer and they had to move us to a temp room after demanding to move us. After the 3rd room in a day things settled and was good. They promised me a refund for the day but still have not heard back from them

The room was nice. Staff were available and friendly. But my view out of my room was directly into a grocery store. The lights of the store were on all night, and in the morning, there was a drumming session right outside the room.

The property was easy to find and within walking distance of just about everything. I thought it was close to the train station but took longer than expected especially while pulling our luggage. I was unable to get the passcodes for checking in with my phone. I don’t think the advertisement on Expedia explained that this particular location did not have a regular lobby or desk. Fortunately someone was at the location when we arrived and was able to help us check in. We subsequently stored our luggage while we waited for the room to be ready. Sonder did send me multiple emails about checking in, but I was unable to get the link to work. If no one had been in the main entry room (which I would not classify as a lobby), I would not have been able to access the room. That said, the room itself was updated, clean, and spacious. The bed was comfortable and we did not have a problem with noise. The room included a white noise machine which we did use, just in case. I would recommend this location for its convenience to shopping and food options, comfortability, and cleanliness.

Easy to locate, even if we did start walking the wrong way from Union Station like the tourists we are. Conveniently close to food places and a Dollarama for random potato chip purchases. Easy to access, room is comfy and contemporary. Would recommend as a great option.

Not a fan of online registration process from email, moreover the email for registration looked like SPAm and I didn't checked it, only to spend 30 mins at checking desk to fill this form on a slow network. The good old way of checking in at a reception counter was there for a reason. You could probably install a kiosk like airports to check in

Stayed here for a few days visiting Toronto to see a few Blue Jays games, hotel was clean and the app was easy to use for access to the front door and the hotel room. Also close to a lot of tourist sites, will stay here again when I come back!

Location was definitely excellent. Close to everything being in the Entertainment district of DT Toronto. Short walk from union station, close to the ball park and transit, etc. The area is probably for the younger crowd - noisy every evening with bars and night clubs just below you and with trucks and coming and going at all hours of the night. We are in our mid-50s and not in the "scene" anymore - Lol... Ask of a room in the back of the building or a higher floor may help with noise. Had problems with the mobile key working and not working, but I think they had some of their staff working the front area during the day.
