Excellent Hotel

We stayed for three nights and had a fantastic time. The hotel is centrally located so you are a nice walk to various parts of the city such as Yorkville, St Lawrence Market, The Distillery, Ossington & the Roger's Centre. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, we were blown away by how genuinely hospitable they were. We will definitely stay here on future trips!

One of the best stays I’ve had in so long and it happens to be in my own city. My wife and I took a weekend staycation at the Shangri-La Hotel and couldn’t been more happier. The service from walking in to checking out was immaculate. They accommodated everything me needed and were so friendly. Truly felt like we were in another city. Staff is professional and kind and the food from service was superb. Highly recommend to anyone that visits Toronto! Should be your first choice!

Terrible food. It actually upset my stomach. My pasta looked resembled sloppy Joe and my steak looked like it came out of a can of cat food, fancy feast to be exact. Not the best presentation. It could have been cleaner considering it is a luxury hotel. Also i was not offered 2 free beverages, when I inquired i was told it was the small bottle of red wine in the room. Well, ummm.thats misleading, definitely woukd have been better to choose our own drink. Not impressed

Peaceful retreat in the heart of downtown! The service was impeccable and I felt like I was transported to Asia with the decor, ambiance and service. The rooms are spacious and well designed and the bathrooms were luxurious. We celebrated our anniversary and were treated extremely well. The lounge is a friendly relaxed place to listen to amazing live music. Fully enjoyed our stay and I feel rejuvenated!
