The staff is pleasant but the rooms are very dated, which you cannot tell from the pictures. We had a suite and the size was nice but the room otaelf was dated, and there werent a lot of dishes, soap etc available. Id stay elsewhere next time, but not bad for a 3 star hotel. Good location, right next to the Eaton center so lots of late night fast food options avaliable and ahopping.

Best location if you are attending a performance at Massey Hall. Clean room and very comfortable bed. The only negative is lack of parking facilities. Fortunately, there are several parking options close by.

The room was perfect with a one minute walk to the theatre, and the room was very quiet and beds were very cozy (saying a lot for someone with a back injury) allowing for a great sleeping environment. Front desk staff were very helpful, kind, professional, and courteous. They were clear that there is no parking or valet, and did indicate options, however, the public parking garage was not the safest (e.g., needles and stench), however, only $24 for one night. The city has changed sadly. Overall: We would stay here again.
