Room was great, stay was good, but upon arrival we were told that instead of the $150 security deposit we were told we needed to pay, we actually needed to pay $215 because we were staying in a suite. This caused such stress that I basically went into a panic attack at the check in desk. Luckily the lady was nice enough to honour the $150 even though I was too frazzled to open my Expedia app. I did finally open it when we got to our room and there in fact was no mention of the extra charge for a suite. So… maybe update your 3rd party sites?

The staff were so welcoming and warm- such a delightful experience after a long flight. The room was marvellous, very clean and most importantly, the view and experience was absolutely as was described while reserving. Central to all things in downtown Toronto- from sightseeing to the neighborhood Rabba for groceries, this was a perfect spot! When I come back next, I’ll be booking here!

A lovely hotel ... our first visit. Very clean, modern, comfortable bed, beautiful walk-in shower, was accommoddated to get our room early. Stages bar a really nice, small, quiet bar with excellent food.

Hair left in the shower from previous guest, im bald as can be so it wasnt mine. A simple check like that can really add to a guests stay. The front staff were amazing and very accommodating and although it’s an older building, it has been renovated nicely. The doors however, do not close behind you. You have to force them closed when you leave your room otherwise somebody has easy access to look through your belongings.
