Served our purpose

Dealing with the property owner was great. They responded quickly when we had questions or concerns. From the original listing it does not state that the property is actually a trailer. There’s only one photo of the exterior and it’s taken from an angle which doesn’t indicate what it is. The accommodations fit our group of five golfers. The water is very hard and could use some type of softer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Dirty & In Poor Area

This rental was not as pictured. It was in a sketchy area and directly outside of a trailer park. There are no overhead lights, only lamps, and several of those didn’t work. The kitchen sink had a used dish sponge and rag including leftover food particles, no paper towels available, and the wall next to the trashcan had some sort of drink or food residue all over it. The refrigerator contained used perishable items (cheese & yogurt). The listing advertises a photo of a pod coffee machine but this was not there when we arrived. The showers and toilets had clearly not been cleaned and also had hard water staining all over. The water smelled of hard boiled eggs. There were no washcloths provided. Blinds were broken in multiple areas and the air filter cover was filthy. The backyard was dangerous as it contained tons of debris. The neighboring property had dogs that barked and howled 24/7 nonstop. I reached out to the host to inquire about early checkin around a week prior to our check in date and was told that he would look into it and get back to me. I never heard back and had to reach out to him again about 30 minutes prior to our scheduled check in time to ask for check in information (keypad code, etc.) There was no locking keypad and we arrived to an unlocked house. This was an awful experience for our family.

Good Space in good location

The house was very clean apon arrival. Check in and out were easy. Host was quick to respond to questions. Living space was large and comfortable for our family of 7. Location was perfect for our needs!Cons- Neighbors barking dogs. Bunk bed was unusable due to stripped screws and bottom bunk being squeaky. Fortunately, our kids are small so there was still enough sleeping space without it. was unusable
