Lucretia and Tacora were the front desk workers who checked me in. I arrived quite early and asked if they would keep my bags somewhere while I went exploring until check in time. Lucretia checked my reservation and found that they had a room available to go ahead and check me in early. The process was a little time consuming but they were both very personable and we had a nice conversation while I waited. Be aware, this is a long-term stay hotel that houses quite a few laborers so the smells coming from the rooms at dinner time are amazing if you happen to be walking down the hall at that time. The stairwells carpets could be cleaned and though it is a nonsmoking hotel, there were times in which the smell of marijuana was very strong. Overall it was a nice stay.

The hotel is definitely a budget hotel. Has a pool and gym but neither are enticing. Gym equipment needs maintenance and pool is in the parking lot. While the rooms are standard hotel rooms with kitchenette and large desk area, the cleanliness is really what is lacking here. There is no daily housekeeping. They inly clean 1 time per week or when you check out. The rooms need a deep cleaning. Everything is "wiped" down but there are streaks and stuck on dirt. You can exchange the towels but you have to find someone working on the floor because the instructions they give (put your towel sign on the door by 9am) doesnt get the job done. This is my second stay, different rooms, same concerns. This stay was actually more expensive than last month.
