Just ok. It's clean but a bit outdated. Needs some new, modern touches.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location!

Very crowded in town. I like more laid back. Hotel very nice close to everything in old town.

Best location for a night on the town. The rooms were updated and clean. I will be back

Close to everything. Enjoyed walking to most of historic downtown. Festival of Lights and the boat parade was fantastic. Every restaurant was packed but food was worth the wait. Great family get-together location.

Loved the location of this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and ready early. Only negative thing is they make you pay to park I feel that is completely uncalled for if I am paying $300 for a night of lodging then parking should be included.

This hotel is right in the middle of everything. I loved the location. Even with a bar next door on a Saturday night, our room was quiet and comfortable. I slept so well. Will definitely stay here again!

Parking was horrendous. Not enough spaces for the rooms available. Not able to park near our room and it is a hodgepodge parking story at best.

Had an excellent stay Staff very accommodating and thoughtful Room very clean and great location

Hotel says bay front but you are on a very busy thoroughfare, the busiest in downtown. The bay is across a jammed packed parking lot, across that street and then a pedestrian walkway, not actually on the bay. The hotel was over priced by at least $120 dollars. We paid $229 a night plus $21 for parking, that was not mentioned when booking, surprise! $250/night for the following: The lighting fixtures were horrendous, bathroom exhaust fan was so loud you couldn't hear the TV or your companion, couldn't wait to get out of the bathroom. Friends came by and had a look at the room and called it "Sad", so it wasn't just us. We had room 214 which shared a party wall with a bar that played live music all day and night which was loud enough to ID every song. I imagine every room on that side shared the same music. I would stay away and look into any of the amazing B&B's that the town has. We were a last minute booking and paid for it.

Stay was wonderful location you couldn't beat it and the folks there were terrific

Wonderful location. Parking is limited. Room was clean.

I have booked here in the past when it was the Moneray Hotel and received great rooms. I book through you and we received a room in a dark back corner no view and a loud bar outside our room across the thin street. We booked 2 nights and only stayed one and forwent the cost as we were unhappy with the room. Apparently if I had booked through Best Western at full cost I would have received a much better room. Live and learn. I will not book through orbiz again if this is the rooms they receive.

Hotel is very nice and clean. The employees at front desk were very helpful when we needed to add a room for another couple that came with us on last notice. There was a loud banging at 2 a.m. that woke us up, but was some unruly guests that were removed as quickly as they could. Thought it to be a bit pricy for just a basic hotel, but would definitely stay again.

Great location. Parking could be better but they do have someone helping you find a place. Our room was very clean & spacious. Somewhat loud but you're in the middle of quite a few restaurants & bars so if you can't sleep, it's your own fault for staying here.

Great cheap place to stay. Nice view. Only thing was bathroom was extremely small.

great location. The prices have gone up since best western took over this hotel but they keep it alot cleaner.

I stayed here before when it was the Monterey Inn. Best Western took over in November of 2012. It's been remodeled inside and out. Awesome location, right in the middle of everything. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a central location in the heart of downtown Saint Augustine. Parking is limited and you have to pay $7 per day but it's worth it!

Fantastic location for seeing Historical city. Rooms were small but well appointed. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

Our stay Thursday night was great, however we did not sleep well Friday night due to an influx of weekend revelers who were in and out of their rooms all night, sitting outside smoking and talking until the early hours of the morning. St Augustine is quaint but very touristy place and so this can be expected to some extent and due to the value and location, the Bayfront Inn was a perfect crash pad, eventually, for the party goers.
