Quick checkin, friendly staff and very nice breakfast. Plenty to choose from at the breakfast buffet. It was a perfect spot to stay overnight before catching a cruise from Southampton. Shopping center and many restaurants within walking distance too.

We stayed the night before our cruise. Location was convenient to the port and the entire hotel staff was outstanding. Communication was helpful prior to our arrival with the Heathrow transportation options as well as suggesting their on-site restaurant which was very good. We had a very nice stay. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable and clean, although the windows could have done with a wash. TV was a bit complicated to use, but good. Great WiFi. Breakfast was excellent.
