Stayed overnight waiting to depart for cruise . The room was comfortable and clean. Mini frig offered water and soft drinks . Coffee tea and espresso in room also. Breakfast was hot with eggs, bacon, sausage,veggies and fruit. Also had bagels muffins and croissants . Had a nice bar and food from restaurant looked good but we did not eat there. Close to park and city center with lots of shopping and restaurants . Went to a great family Italian restaurant named Piccolo Mondo. Short taxi ride to port cost around 11.50 GBP. Would stay here again.

The staff were lovely,friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was alright, although i do think its over priced for what you get. However, the kettle in the room was disgusting. Couldnt drink coffee or tea in the morning. Something must have burnt in the kettle previously i tried to boil water twice and it tasted so bad even after rinsing the kettle multiple times and leaving no water in it by the end of the day there was brown water residue in the kettle. Also we were travelling with two children one who is a baby and needs his milk heated up morning and night and we were refused. Which i found very strange as we have stayed in hotels before and they had no problem heating up the milk for the baby. Overall our stay was fine,but don't think we'll choose this hotel again.

Only problem was that my room was near the lifts. Lots of noisy customers up and down all night, but especially busy from 0530 onwards. Other than that, very good Hotel but a tad on the expensive side.

Wonderful staff, Hotel, including elevators, was clean. Rooms were comfy, especially the beds and pillows. Close to shopping, self laundry, restaurants. Hotel restaurant is a nice place for a quick bite, pizza was delicious. Highly recommended.

It is a safe, convenient location. The front desk staff, especially Lewis, could not do enough. The pizza is delicious. Rooms are adequate, clean, well lit and beds and pillows are comfy. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants and Titanic Museum. Highly Recommended

The Hotel is very nice, modern look and very clean. The area doesn’t look great. There’s an abandoned building across the street. The front door of the hotel was locked 24/7 and the card was needed to get into.

Wanted to book for same night, 17th June, didn’t tick cancellation cover as was only three miles from hotel and were arriving approx 3 time! Website booked me in on 17th July!!!! Extreme difficulty in contacting the actual hotel, Expedia head office not helpful in the slightest, didn’t want a refund but refused to change dates, unless I paid an additional £242 on top of the £132 I already paid for the same room that was booked for the 17th July! Hence I Didn’t stay! Poor customer service!

Had a lovely experience with my stay. Not only is the location itself extremely convenient, being close to the centre, this hotel was also very clean and had lovely facilities. As well as the bed being one of the best hotel beds me and my partner have stayed in. If I ever found myself in Southampton again, I would definitely stay and recommend to a friend and the chain itself. Thank you again!!
