The room was clean but the bathroom needs repair. The staff was friendly but there was no concierge. We had to get our own taxi on a phone you could hardly hear on. We didn’t go to the bar but did go to the restaurant. It was like a Dennys at best.

Our third time staying in just over a month. Overnight before a cruise. Quiet and comfortable. Staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Convenient for restaurants and shops only a 10 min walk through park.

Great room and extensive breakfast all great. The issue for us was the food in the evening. The cappuccino came out cold, the same with the pudding. The curry was a Thai green which isn’t a particularly spicy one normally but was so spicy I couldn’t finish it. The staff all seemed to be on training so it was hard to find someone who knew the menu etc. Shame as otherwise a good hotel.

Hotel looked more like a building site. Scaffolding all around and drilling. Works being carried out on the hotel for over 6 months. Hotel should inform that they are under renovations . No upgrade. Key cards playing up constantly. On occasions had to reset thrice in one day
