Up market feel, ideally situated , clean , comfortable and well appointed rooms. Every staff member we encountered was ,warm friendly and welcoming whilst maintaining a highly professional attitude. Very close to Cruise Port

We stayed for a Celebrity Cruise and we could walk to the cruise terminal within 8-10 minutes. The breakfast buffet was excellent!

There was no air conditioning as was advertised. When it was brought to the teams attention they stated there was nothing they could do as the booking was down through a third party (Expedia) and that there were a number of rooms that hadn’t had ac for a while. The worst part is that they said they would send maintenance up, nobody came. Then they said they would send the mgr up, nobody came. Then when we followed up AGAIN, they said the maintenance team annd the mgr all went home and there was nothing they could do.
