Comfortable hotel a little away from the hustle and bustle of Sedona but close enough. The jetted tub was a nice treat to have in the room. The bed was comfortable and the fireplace added a level of homeyness. Their continental breakfast was great, as well.

Based on their daily rates, I was expecting something more updated.

We wanted to stay in a central area between Phoenix and the Grand Canyon. We couldn't be happier with that decision. The hotel rooms were great and the location put us within a short drive of many places we wanted to see. Had two nice dinners just a 10 minute walk away at the Barking Frog and the Golden Goose. This was our favorite room as opposed to the Holiday Inn's and Springhill Suites of North Phoenix .

Don't stay there. Was just ok. Not recommended for anybody I would know

Excellent hotel to stay in a fantastic location in one of the most scenic areas in the southwest.

Check in was very fast - desk staff nicest people of all time. Good location. Very clean. Very quiet. Excellent showers.

Very comfortable and clean. Nice setting. A little far from the downtown area, would have liked a little closer as to be able to walk but nice hotel otherwise.

Nice little place with good amenities. Nice pool, microwave and fridge in room. Great place for a quick weekend get-away.

Nice throw ins in room--water, pretzels and popcorn. Good breakfast. The room wasn't properly cleaned. The manager was right on it. Good local advice on restaurants.

Stayed here for a night with the hubby. We found the staff extremely friendly and accommodating. The included hot breakfast in the morning was also a great value - we had eggs, sausage patties and potatoes with coffee and cranberry juice- there were also other options. The room was extremely cool (as needed in the middle of July). Would stay here again.

The room is relatively clean and the beds are comfortable. The layout of the rooms are unconventional -- when you walk in the front, the bathroom sink is immediately to your left. I checked in and there are two front desk people there. After I checked in, one of them disappeared in the back. When I left the lobby, the other one left as well. I went into my room and dialed "0" on my room phone to ask a question about the fridge. No one answered after trying 3 times, letting it ring for 5 minutes each time. I even used my cell phone to call the lobby twice and each time, no one answered the phone. Staff here cannot care less about their jobs. There are better hotels around here. Chalk this up as a learning experience. I would recommend not booking here.

We got this hotel as a sort of crash pad after a busy day exploring Sedona. It definitely served its purpose and I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

My wife who has a bad back liked the bed a lot and everything else was just fine

A great place with very knowledgable owners that will provide great advice about the area. Despite being close to a major road, very quiet. Also super good beds and pillows.

Even though the hotel isn't located on uptown and the room doesn't have the review, it is only 2 minutes drive. Rooms were recently remodeled with huge refrigerator, microwave, table and lots of space to hang out. I will definiately come back here again.

Sedona hotels tend to be pricey, but this one came in at the lower end. It is nothing special, but it does the trick. The T.V. in our room didn't work, but the staff quickly put us into a new room. All in all, it was a decent experience and about what you'd expect for the price.

The room was ok. Raves about the breakfast are highly over rated. Scrambles egg balls, bacon, mini muffins and yogurt are nothing to get excited about. Very average. Pool needed to be cleaned. Early season?

We enjoyed this small, boutique hotel. Our room was very quiet and luxurious. The room was classified as a deluxe room. Jacuzzi in room and terry cloth robes were a nice amenity. We had a small patio with table and chairs. Nice for enjoying morning coffee or a picnic lunch. We were close to downtown Sedona without being in the congested, noisy downtown area. There were several nice restaurants and lots of shopping and galleries within walking or easy driving distance. The hiking trails on the west end of town were very easily accessible. The price was good, especially for Sedona, and we would stay here again.

kind of noisy ... good thing it wasn't full because I would have been awake all night! The room doors must be really heavy because everytime some one left a room... you knew cause you could hear them slam.

Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. Nice breakfast and all around a good experience. Would recommend.
