U wouldn't have my dog there

This site absolutely reeks of smoke. It is extremely hazardous for non-smokers! The smoke literally settles in your throat and chokes you. The effort to use room ionizers is completely ineffective! Marie, at the front-desk exhibited great patience and professionalism! Without her courteous and competent service, this review would be all zeros!

The room was great for the price! Nothing too fancy or extravagant.. the fire alarm was covered in tape and there was a hole in the ceiling in our room

This hotel is a pretty bare bones, nothing special spot. The kitchen in the room was old and dirty. The furniture in the room looked like it was never been even remotely kept clean. My biggest gripe was when I asked for a late check out due to a personal emergency that came up, the front desk simply said no we cannot accommodate that and made no effort to see that I was taken care of. A simple request that caused a logistical headache for me. I will not stay here again and would advise against it for whoever happens to read this review

In my decision in getting a hotel i picked this one because it had breakfast included. Well ,it did not have breakfast, no coffee or even a coffee pot to make my own. We also had to have a key made 4 times because door would work or not work.

Dirtiest I ever been. Cockroaches In the room and corridors carpets smells trash or vomit. Not a pleasure stay.

Gentleman at check in was exhausted and yawning at us....no toilet paper in our bathroom and no batteries in the remote either for tv. Large black stain on carpet in middle of room. Fan in bathroom sounded like a plane going overhead when turned on so middle of night bathroom use woke all up.

It was very clean and the staff was so polite and i just love the v eiw from my window also the kitchen area was so clean i loved it so much i got my rest it was so quit

Pretty run down. Loud noise from fan in elevator for entire stay (fan had bad bearing). No AC in the hallways, I guess to save money, not nice in a hot and very humid climate. Room floor at entry and in bathroom was pretty dirty (well hidden by the gray multicolor tile), needed a good scrubbing, probably just had 'hit or miss' swifter/wet duster type attention without serious mopping. Drain in sink in bathroom was very slow. Light fixture over sink in bathroom had no cover, bare bulb, and dirty. Bathtub , fiberglass type, had permanent bathtub ring and staining. Staff was pleasant enough, and understand it was a extended stay and limited service/amenities, but would expect it to be better kept up.

Great value for the money. This may be an older property but it is clean and well-maintained. The lady who runs the hotel was extremely friendly and accommodating. I recommend this hotel as the best in the area.

I drove in from Atlanta, and got to the property early; Linda I believe that's her name had me standing in the lobby for about 6 minutes before she acknowledge me; she was sitting down talking with someone; she wanted to charged me 10.00 to check in early, I have never heard of such non sense. I left and came back to now dealing with Denise who clearly was lost and didn't know what she was doing. I checked in; then left to get my dog and luggage from my vehicle; as I walked back in she said that I didn't charge you for your pet, I said that you didn't ask me if I had one. Denise said it's 25.00, by this time I am irritated. I went ahead and paid it because I just wanted to relax from driving into Savannah from Atlanta. She did not know how to print a receipt for the pet fee; so Shawn/Sean/Shuan I don't know how he spell his name, but he had to call help desk to print my receipt. Hotels should not charge for early check in's or have to pay a pet deposit; that is a peak to get customers to stay at your property. It's sad that the world has gotten so money hungry. Linda, and Denise needs to take a class on customer service. Shawn/Sean/Shuan was not rude; it seems as if he was there to clean up Denise mess. My mother always taught me, you get want you pay for. I now would pay to stay at the most expensive hotel, and get great service, rather paying to stay at an Extended Stay and get terrible service.

It is a great location. I work at The Fresh Market and I was able to walk to work and walk back. No problem. This will be my go to place when i need it.

Staff was very accommodating... No frills but has a decent, usable , clean kitchen. For a week stay where you cook most meals, was an excellent value.

Made a reservation for a queen through orbitz, my money was taken via card I used as payment. I made the reservation at midnight on my phone through the app. When we arrived at 2am to checking the room the person at the desk told me my reservation was canceled and they no longer had the room. I didn’t cancel my reservation, nor was I ever notified of such. I had to argue with the employee just to get the price I had already paid to be honored on a lower level room. We ubered to the location so we had no choice but to figure out a way to secure a room with this hotel or pay for another Uber elsewhere and deal with the billing issues as well. I ended up paying more and having billing discrepancies I’m still working through. The room itself was terrible, the sheets were clearly dirty, had wrinkles in them from whoever slept there last, stains on towels, carpet and bedding, shower was filthy, the floor of the shower was literally brownish black( in a white tub) tv didn’t work. It was a dump. Only wanted to get some sleep after enjoying an evening downtown with my wife and family. I wasn’t expecting a five star hotel but the entire ordeal was terrible.

Room had cigarette odor; night stand drawer was filthy with bug debris; people hanging our at entrance; windows were unlocked; stinch smell; requested refund and checked out to move to new hotel
