I was very disappointed with my stay at this location. I asked for an extra towel and was told we were limited to only 2 towels. I was also very disappointed that there were ants in my room and ruined my entire purchase from Savannah Candy.

This was my first time staying at the hotel. I loved it when we first arrived. The only problems were we weren’t sure if the bedding was actually cleaned/changed. My friend found debris in the bed when she got inside the covers. But it was really late and she decided to just shake out and wipe until she didn’t see anything. Also they knocked on our door at 8:30am and check out is not until noon. But I did fail to put the do not disturb sign on. Not sure if all hotels do this but I wish I knew. My friend and I were suspicious of this and when we proceeded to call to let them know someone came to knock, front desk wasn’t very nice talking to as if we were a bother. So overall would I come back? think I would give them a second shot. And just remember to put that do not disturb sign and have them change the sheets if needed.

Regrettably the location is not walkable in any direction.

The front desk staff was nice. Check in was easy. Bed was comfortable. The room itself was not very clean. The bathroom tub wasn’t clean, desk had residue on it, and bathroom sink had toothpaste stains. Also random, but the tissue box was soaked with who knows what. Whoever cleans is not doing a good job.

Disappointed with their dishonesty about the parking conditions. It said free parking on Orbitz & the Hotel website. When we got home, we found a $21 charge on out card. They said it was for parking when it was advertised as free. Bate & Switch!

This property was nice; however I believe if you are to stay at any property you shouldn't have to pay for parking. First of, you've already paid for the room now parking..REALLY? Its just bazaar to me. I was not informed until I got my credit card statement. I will probably not stay here because of that, and find a property that has free parking. And, the walls are not sound proof; you can actually hear the guests in other rooms.

The rooms and hallways where clean . The bed was very comfortable. We always have a good experience at the marriotts.

el hotel nos gusto, muy limpio, mi recomendacion seria que el papel de bano fuera mas suave,

Very antique rooms needs updating. Very nice lobby

Staff and rooms were superior! Would definitely stay here again.

There was no water - water was shut off. Could not shower ircwash

Room was clean and updated. Some aspects of the hotel were dated, yet clean. Staff were nice.

Beautiful location was perfect for me love the staff beautiful hotel balcony overlooking pool was perfect for my busy days there

Air conditioner was tore up. Notified front desk and they sent a maintenance and he didn't do anything. He then went and told front desk that he fixed it. I called back down and they said they were sending him back. Remind you he said he was getting off. I then went down to front desk after 3 + hours of sweating and they changed my room. I was so miserable and Irritated for the price I paid.

My brother and I came to Savannah to celebrate Mother's Day, and it was just for a one night stay. The front desk clerks, and maids were very friendly from the time we checked in until the time we left. The only issue that we had is that there was ants in the bathroom the night before we checked out so we didn't make a big deal about it. Overall, it was a great stay.

The staff were the standouts for this visit. Kavon was so accommodating and welcoming when we checked in. Gave us info on good restaurants and things to do. When we notified them that we were reducing our two-night stay to one night (in order to be closer to the historic district), they were very gracious, told us it was no problem. Every one of the staff that we dealt with were so friendly and helpful, we felt bad that we couldn't stay both nights. Facility and rooms were clean. The room was a bit dated however. Our decision to change hotels was only due to the location and the cost. Our first rate was $149, reasonable for mid-town, Our 2nd night shot up to $219, a rate comparable to many of the historic district hotels, so we booked a last-minute deal in one of them for our final night in Savannah.

Business hotel. Good service. Clean rooms. Can't say anything about the pool except it was outdoor and it was definitely to cold to use it.
