Our stay here was excellent! Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and big bathrooms. Everything is new. Pool was heated and clean, my kids loved it. Close to the beach and restaurants!

The room was clean and staff very nice. We did have a problem with the air conditioner as it sounded like a jet plane taking off when it cut on and also difficult trying to program We complained and they offered to change our room but they were going to have it serviced so we decided not to change rooms but I don’t think they did service it so in hindsight we should’ve changed rooms

When I walked into the room it smelled like mold. The headboard was all scratched off. The tv remote was sticky i wrapped a napkin around it then went to turn it on the tv didn’t work, went to the front desk all she said “maybe the batteries are dead no the lights coming on. Idk check the back of the tv sometimes people unplug it”!!! They don’t have hair conditioner I forgot mine went to the front desk nope.
