First of all I was unpleasantly surprised they don’t have an elevator. My girlfriend recently had knee surgery and we had to carry all our stuff up 2 flights of stairs. The room was nice but the shower had next to no water pressure. It was awful. We will not be back.

Left item in room. "Will not mail" per Kathy? Mailed her a prepaid Flat Rate Box to mail the item back to me. Very confused about why it would take her 15 days to get this back to me. She kept saying the box was torn and she would find a smaller box. She kept saying the box was too big for the item. She also said that USPS does not come to their hotel. I saw a USPS truck there dropping off something when i was there. She said she was the ONLY person who works there who could go to the Post Office. After reminding her that the boxes and postage have tracking she finally put it in the box i sent her. The box was not torn. I have pictures. If i hadn't said anything my prepaid flat rate box would be on the way to one of her relatives or friends. I repeatedly asked to speak with the owner or ANYONE superior to her. She answers all emails, said she would relay a message to the owner, and would not give me a phone number. Very convenient position to be in when you are in customer service. Ridiculous!

Everything was very nice. Great staff. Only thing is I thing they need to clean the hallways. Carpet is really dirty. Everything else was great. Room was awesome.

Nice pool. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Need protein on breakfast choices. Towel/washclothes like sandpaper. Nice fridge in room. Bed comfortable.

There is no elevator so if you are on the second floor, the only access is at each end of the building. Breakfast is very minimal. On the good side, beds are great and the room was very quiet.

The WIFI did not work well with AT&T service. I have a well behaved 30 lb registered service dog, which I was told could not be left alone in the room, which made the stay complicated.

Location is a 5 min walk to the beach. Rooms are clean and obviously recently renovated. However, the small things went unfinished. No TP or towel holders in the bath. No art on the walls in the room. We glanced at the breakfast and passed, cold cereal, toast and coffee. We went next door and had really nice breakfast 2 mornings in a row at a fair price.

Very clean, excellent location, super friendly staff Room wasn’t ready at check in time but they did put us in a room that was ready WiFi wasn’t great at all but they said they’ll get someone out this week to look at it. Channel selection was not good either, used to hotels with HBO and Showtime and/or pay per view.

The property location is nicely located on Tybee Island, and the overall service was great. We really enjoyed our stay at Admiral's Inn.

An ok experience. Breakfast was minimal (apples, stale cereal, and a few English muffins) so we ended up having to go elsewhere.

Since we only have 2 floors we are not required to have an elevator nor have we stated we have one, However we do take special request for guest that can not do the stairs, as for the water pressure we will looking into that immediately. With this information we have provided we hope you would reconsider giving us another try.

We apologize it took longer than expected to ship your item back to you.However Cathy our office manager was correct in all the information she provided to you. She is the only one who sends back items that the guest leave behind, we do not pay for items to be sent back! If a guest leaves an item in the room. Policy is, you (the guest) must send a prepaid package to our P.O box and she would send it back. As, we do not check the P.O box daily there can be a delay in when we receive the package at the hotel. The Hotel does not have a deliverable address here on the Island as many don't, our mail goes to the PO box. Only UPS and FedEx are delivered to the property. We are a small family owned hotel and do to this management sometimes has to work expended hours which also can also delay the process do to the hours of the USPS. Again we apologize that it took longer than you expected, however we are happy that you received your Item back.

Thank you for choosing Admiral's Inn on Tybee. Sorry to hear the WIFI was not working well. Do to the fact that we are not a pet friendly hotel and your dog is a service dog we can not allow the dog to stay in the rooms unattended sorry if this was inconvenient for you.
