Very poor customer service. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to check in.

The property is conveniently located for us and the room was clean. Front desk was very helpful and informative.

We stayed because of location. I have not stayed in a Motel 6 in years but this was as close to a Motel 6 as I’ve ever been. Relatively clean but everything was 98 cent store. The towels are like tissue- real flimsy. The sheets like sandpaper. The walls are thin do you hear all your neighbors. The sales slip was on the chair. I was so thankful this adventure was only for one night of my life.

Breakfast sucks here by the way and found a purse and then drugs. Toke it to the front desk.

Everything about my stay was comfortable. Nice room and staff. Room was checked by staff to make sure everything was neat and clean.

This hotel should not claim to provide breakfast. Had no milk, no water, just the cheapest possible muffins and bad coffee. Guest who want breakfast should look for other options.

Originally a decent price but I've stayed in much better hotels for the same price. The carpet that lined the bedroom wall and floor had fallen off and was hanging. Since it was a suite it included a kitchen with a stove and fridge and sink. Smelled like someone had previously barbecued. I used the sofa bed which when we called for sheets and blankets we're told we had to go down to the lobby and get it ourselves...? Their recent remodel seemed like a cheap quick fixer-upper. Could have stayed at a Motel 6 for the same experience. Very disappointing.

Upon check in we thought we smelled weed sure enough that smell covered the entire hotel complained nothing was done Fire alarm went off next morning at 7 am for 2.5 hours finally fire department came after I called the front desk 2 times there were 2 guys staying in room 217 not checked in guests but were let in I guess to smoke their pot because that is what set off the alarms which was a none smoking room. We ended up checking out and going to another hotel. We came to San Jose to see our daughter at family week at college Very frustrating will not stay at that hotel every again!

Very outdated (No light fixture coverings for ex), staff could not more more rude, placed smelled, complimentary breakfast consisted of bars. Just a horrible place to stay overall.. Stay away

Woman who checked us I was rude. No luggage cart. Moldy food left in refrigerator. There were no sheets for the bed. When I called the front desk, I was asked to come get them and put them on myself. There was Blood wiped all over the back of the bathroom door. When we came down for breakfast at 9am, there was nothing there to eat. When I asked about it, it seemed like it was a big inconvenience for her to walk over and toss a few stale muffins on the counter. The worst part was the furniture around the pool. Garbage was left all over India I don't think it had been cleaned off in months.

my kids loved the fact that there was a kitchen. It was very clean and organized.

There was a strange smell our entire stay and the whole hotel was eerie. The staff however was very nice.

Good value for the money. It was close to our event at the field sports park and from past experiences found the traffic traveling south to location better than traveling north from morgan hill. The hotel was basic. Clean but plain. Could have used heavier blankets and firmer bed. The hallway smelled really bad but there was no odor in our room. Would not have been happy with our hotel but the price was decent and our room nice size.

This hotel is newly renovated and perfect for longterm stays it almost starts to feel like your own little home studio. I love how I can go right across the street grocery shop and bring it all back and be able to store everything in the full size kitchen. The staff is always super friendly and helpful during your stay and accommodating just about anything needed !

This hotel is great I think, always availability, great prices and you definitely get your money's worth here if not more. I stay here often when needed and sometimes just for leisure the location is great near many restaurants coffee shops, shopping, grocery, fitness and tanning As well. Everything you could need here or nearby close freeway access to 101 and 85 too. Friendly staff and great service

my family enjoyed the rooms, the pool the staff was very friendly i would recommand this hotel to friends and family
