The customer service was despicable. The clerk made me leave the room since I had two different bookings for the same type of room. Made me switch rooms at 2am. To the same exact type of room when I arrived at 2am. It wasn’t even using his head. Two rooms had to be cleaned now and it wasn’t that I didn’t have the reservation.

Absolute worst hotel experience ever. Had to search out someone just to check us in. No greeting, no explanation of amenities, how to get to our room or anything cordial. When inquiring about the crib we requested was told I think it should be there but she didn't know. Upon entering the room found no crib. Called the front desk and was told I couldn’t get on because housekeeping was gone for the day and she didn't know where they were. Inquired if I could speak to a supervisor to assist. I spoke to the supervisor who said she would work on it. 30 minutes later called back and was told they only fulfill requests that are on the reservation. Informed her it was part of the reservation. This went on for 2 hours with the front desk and supervisor now not answering the phone. We called from a different number and asked the supervisor for her name and she hung up on us, but not before telling us ‘you can make a request but we don’t have to honor it it’ and when we mentioned leaving a bad review she stated ‘Do your best’. At this point we called Orbitz who helped the best they could. They were put on hold by the front desk and were not answered by the supervisor. Finally after 20 minutes on hold with Orbitz a cook showed up with a crib. Along with this the water was too filthy to take a shower in, the walls were paper thin and the sheets were itchy and rough. Awful experience from start to finish.

Experience was great, couldn't have chosen a better place to stay.

Staff were excellent but hotel and location were not the best. Seemed like a party hotel for college kids

The hotel is located in a parking lot shared with an AppleBees and a gas station - combined with thin walls makes for a VERY noisy experience. Very unpleasant if you are travelling for business.

Extremely thin walls. No privacy whatsoever. You can hear every conversation, cough, fart, sneeze, from other neighboring rooms as well as the hallway. Not good.

There was noise coming from a neighbor room and it was unfortunate that the walls were so thin. I sent a note to the front desk and although they tried to accommodate me into another room a couple hours had passed.

The staff was very pleasant and accomadating. We will definitely visit again.

Comfortable clean and close to the freeway, which is good and bad. Good access for travel, but noise present for sleep. You also cannot have a fan run on the climate control unit. Used a white noise app to slumber. I would stay again.

Water was not clear the entire stay, bathroom toilet was not clean and bed was uncomfortable.

I really love this hotel and have stayed before,comfortable and easily located . I do have a little complaint on the cleanliness of our room there was left over food from the last guest in our mini refrigerator and lint brush that was on the floor in the bathroom, not that big of a deal , but what else was rushed through when turning the room over?

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. The shopping mall is close by so it was convenient to buy some snacks and bread for breakfast. The hotel was also close to a neighboring mall and restaurants so it was easy to navigate back riding a uber. Hotel room was clean and nice flooring. The television service also included Japanese channel as well which was an additional point personally... The room had a plug for USB and furniture had a slight elegant but stylish taste. It was interesting to find a bar located inside the hotel. This is a nice option because you could enjoy drinks inside hotel without worrying about drunk driving...

I enjoyed my stay there. The room was clean, had items that are needed: shampoo, coffee maker, blow dryer - even an ironing board. The staff, all shifts, were excellent, helpful and kind. The "minerals" in the water concerned me. The staff gave me extra bottled water which I appreciated. Having Lyons and another restaurant in the same parking lot was very convienent. My only "wish" would be to have a small throw rug between the bed and the coffee bar/ fridge. Love the new floors, miss not having carpet anywhere, especially right in that area. Biggest TV I have ever experienced at a hotel! Yes, I would definitely stay again.

Room was nicely remodeled....no carpeting....hardwood....European feel. Nice to not have carpet. Did make for a lot of echoes in the room. Bathroom very clean and nicely done.

I was treated so well by everyone there! Both front desk representatives, the phone operator, and house keeping. Saeed checked me in and he was amazing! He has set the bar high moving forward when dealing with hotels. I will recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel was great and very clean and the rooms were modern. The staff were super friendly. The bar and grill in the hotel was a problem for dinner. Of the 3 items offered for dinner, 2 weren't available. Luckily there were a few restaurants in walking distance. Also the scrambled eggs at the buffet breakfast were cooked in lots of oil so they were very greasy and covered in oil, but I do think they were real eggs and not powdered, which was a plus. The hard boiled eggs were way overcooked as well. Everything else seemed good though.
