The room was decent but nothing great. The plus for this hotel is that there is free parking, free shuttle to the airport and free breakfast (even though is just toast and pancakes, there is no egg or meat). The bad is that they DON'T clean your room when they are supposed to. I was there for 4 nights and expected the room to be clean after the second night as there is a sign that said they clean every other day. I had to ask them specifically the next morning to please clean my room as trash has overflow and I have no more clean towels. They did clean the room but didn't restock my toilet paper. I can't stay in a place where I need to beg someone to do there job and clean my room when they are supposed to. If they don't want to clean, then put a sign up and say so, not say they will clean every other day.

The room’s lights were not working and the staff said the engineer were not available to fix it. The WIFI reception was so bad, even our room was closed to where the router is located. No housekeeping proactively cleaning the room unless you asked for it. I stayed in Room 202, the bathtub has a faulty drain stopper, the bathtub cannot hold water. In conclusion, the room rate I paid is comparable to that of a higher-grade hotel, which makes this experience particularly disappointing.

The room was spacious for the price, with a comfortable bed, and was very clean overall. Amenities included a refrigerator, microwave, coffee and tea maker, a safe, a good hairdryer, a bathtub, and a strong shower. Complimentary breakfast was provided (omelet, toast, yogurt, and pancakes), along with free parking and complimentary water, coffee, and tea. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel is ca.15-minute walk from Millbrae, where there are several restaurants, supermarkets, Walgreens and options such as Kentucky Fried Chicken. Late check-out was available for an additional fee of $35 for three hours. The only drawback was the noisy heater/fan.

Easy location to find and park at. Complimentary parking, which is a huge plus. The hotel and rooms were clean and there was free coffee, tea and water in the lobby. I would stay here again and definitely recommend!

Free parking! The staff here are phenomenal. They are so courteous and go out of their way to ensure you’re comfortable. We had to leave 30 minutes before breakfast was set to start. We notified the front desk the night before to see if we could get maybe some fruit or something easy and instead they prepared breakfast early just for us. They answered any questions we had. Only a 9 minute drive from the airport. Lots of restaurants walkable nearby.

We chose the hotel for an 8 hour layover at SFO, so did not stay overnight. It served its purpose, but it was overpriced given its overall state. Too, the once an hour shuttle service was inadequate as the timing unfortunately worked out that we waited close to an hour at the airport for the shuttle to take us to the hotel. The staff was courteous when present; twice I had a question and the staff was not to be found. There were plenty of towels and hot water and great water pressure.

Room was clean, amenities include microwave and larger fridge a plus. 2 Queen beds worked out well for 2 persons. Bathroom was reasonably spacious with good supplies of towels. Shampoo, shower gel dispensers were nice touches, so was the lotion moisturizer dispenser. Convenient and availability of free self parking made it easy for me to keep my rented vehicle. The room faces the back away from main road offered a quiet night for rest and sleep. 24hr availability of coffee and water in the lobby was very beneficial, alleviated the need for me to buy bottle water. Great one night stay and good value. Staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. Less than 10min drive from SFO offer covenience and works well for catching early flight. Only minus is being a small hotel with very limited facilities.
