This place was great (and I LOVED the flamingos!!!). The pool area and restaurant were particularly lovely. The only complaint is the rooms felt a little disappointing vs. the pictures - it didn't feel quite so fresh or clean as I thought it would for the price. Not sure how to explain it - the rest of the hotel felt updated and wonderful except for the rooms. The beds in the rooms felt clean, but the carpets and overall 'vibe' of the rooms was dingier than I expected for the price. I would still recommend it if you are focused on the pool and location and the fact that it is a dog friendly hotel (which is SOOO fun and awesome, especially for pet owners!). Just might not be my first choice if I'm not traveling with a family.

Major issues with staff treatment and assistance. If you plan to visit Coronado you better have planned everything out and not expect to do anything on the resort. The food at this resort is terrible and offers very little in way of menu. The staff is busier talking to eachother than any guest. It’s $42 to self park your car in a garage daily. The location of the hotel is great, there is great food surrounding the area, and the room is ok. Hidden fees and horrible treatment by staff not worth the visit at all.

Loved the property and the closeness to the water, walking, and convenience. It’s an updated beautiful facility. It gets a bit loud for short periods with helicopters and barges blowing their horns in the am. We will definitely come back.

The hotel did not give me the room I paid for. When I arrived they said mine wasn’t ready but that they would put me in a room with two queen beds. I said no and insisted on a king sized bed. Then the room the front desk gave me was a courtyard view when I paid for the bay view. When I complained they claimed orbitz allowed over booking of the bay view rooms and they would give me a credit. Nice room but I paid extra especially for the view of the bay and city. Don’t know who’s fault it really is but for a special night out it’s a little upsetting to not have what was paid for

Good property. Great view, lots to do. Centrally located to San Diego activities.

Property is beautiful with many amenities. Staff was nice and helpful. The only issue we came across was being charged for breakfast that was to be included in our stay after confirming with 3 separate people.

I love this hotel!!!!

Beautiful

The resort had some restrictions due to covid therefore we could not enjoy all of the perk but it was a great place. The view of the city was amazing. The staff were all very kind and extremely helpful. The room was a bit small for 5 people but we managed. Microwave was not in the room but you could request one. We would definitely stay here again.

My room was very clean and I had a beautiful view of Coronado Bay. However, the front desk has the worst customer service. When I checked in, the front desk gave me wrong directions on where to park. I waited nearly 30 minutes before someone came to help me. When you check out, make sure to take your room key to get out of the property. You cannot exit unless you use your room key to open the gate. It would have a been a much better experience if the staff would have given me better directions on what to do.

The service and the facilities where amazing! The staff is always friendly and willing to help with any request! Thank you for such a great experience!

Loved it ! Great rooms great place great location

$35 parking should be included in resort fee or be max at $25 $40 should be waived or decreased during this pandemic. The spa is closed. The gym is closed. The tennis courts are closed. The bball courts we're closed. Did include bike rental but what if e don't ride bikes? We paid a $40 resort fee to use wifi and then pool. View was great of the city. But not worth $75 in fees.

Great view, patio, pool area and location unfortunately that’s it rooms are poorly cleaned and noisy staff is friendly

The room was very nice and the resort is beautiful. When booking though you should know that they charge $35 a day for parking and no free wi-fi. If you agree to use their wi-fi it will cost you $16 a day.
