Location, location, location. Exclusive. Feels like Las Vegas, San Diego, and Honolulu wrapped up in one! Spatially its massive. Very clean and you can feel how exclusive the property cares for their guests. Even the house keeping staff is on point, friendly, and complete professionals. Its difficult sharing how great this place is because I'd prefer the the Public not play this location out, but alas phenomenal credit is due for the Loews Coronado resort, viva la San Diego. This is from a Chicagoans perspective.
Overall, the staff, location and food [albeit limited choices] were great. However, during our stay the hotel was packed with a fairly loud set of guests [some of which chose to smoke weed literally every time we were trying to enjoy our bay view on the balcony], the walls are thin so you can also hear every door close within 3 or 4 rooms of your room, it was also undergoing various changes like remote room service which created issues like being unable to order breakfast at 9am even though breakfast was being served from 7-11am. First world problems of course, but when you are planning to stay at a resort like this, you hope everything is well managed. You could tell the staff were overwhelmed with the holiday weekend but they were still extremely nice and polite. If I were in a pinch, I'd still stay here for the location and price [compared to places like the Del] however, it definitely left room for improvement.

The hotel is nice it has three swimming pools and bar at the pool. You can catch the shuttle to the beach and back. Live music.
