We had such a fabulous stay! I am so glad we stayed here versus the hotel del Coronado. The staff was so friendly, the one bedroom so spacious with a kitchen, such fabulous amenities that we used their bikes to bike around the island, hot tub, and the location is unbeatable. A great deal for the price we were so so happy here!

Loved having a fridge for beers and water. You never know when you’ll need silverware and they had that in the room for midnight snacks(cup of noodles).
I loved this hotel! I wish I could have stayed longer. The mini kitchen was very useful. I also loved the separate living room from the bedroom. Most hotels do not have couches, let alone a living room. So awesome.
Staff seemed very lax. Took two reminders to print boarding passes. They forgot to print a few important docs for work and lost the emails. No coffee refills in lobby. No apparent manager to keep folks on point. Good hotel but weak team in place. Next time the Del.

The hotel’s exterior is nice but plain. Indoor decor is classy and simple. We were there in Dec. so it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The halls are light with updated tile work on the lower 1/3 of the walls, carpet looks new, and our room was “wonderful”. The front desk staff was pleasant and very helpful with restaurant suggestions and activities we could do. My only disappointment was the shower. There was soap film on the faucet and a few hairs in the tub. Hair in a bathroom anywhere is a pet peeve of mine. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.
We stayed in a 2 room suite with our 5 kids. The room were big enough for our big family, very clean and staff was great! We walked to the beach, which by the way the hotel will let you borrow beach toys, umbrellas, wagon to carry your stuff. We were within walking distance to everything. Highly recommend this hotel!
easy check-in. clean room, big bathroom, comfortable murphy bed, nice staff. good restaurants nearby, and discounts to restaurants offered. free bikes to use. can walk to the beach.

All three members of the staff that assisted us were more than helpful with great attitudes. Everyone had a smile on their face ([...] specifically was great). The hotel location couldn't have been better, as nothing is more than a block away (beach, restaurants, bars, shops). We really enjoyed the third floor rooftop deck and jacuzzi on a beautiful afternoon. The room was much larger than expected (actually a suite), and there were tons of amenities (bicycle checkout). We will definitely be staying here again, most likely on a regular basis.
Right across the road from the Hotel del Coronado at a fraction of the price. Short walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. Great location for all ages. Good sized suite of rooms getting a bit tired looking but very clean and well-appointed. Excellent and helpful, friendly staff.
We booked this hotel with a bit of apprehension after reading other reviews, but were very pleasantly surprised with everything from the reception at check-in to the room and especially the staff. Check-in was a breeze, the room was better than anticipated with a great balcony and comfortable beds, and the staff was terrific. Everyone we encountered was friendly and cheerful, and they accommodated every request we had. The hotel is very clean, although the rooms are a bit odd in configuration. You also need to understand that they do not provide daily maid service, only clean linens twice weekly. Great location, fun stay!
This condo hotel, not a resort, overbooks! The desk clerk called a 'sister' hotel nearby to find a room for me. Then he had the temerity to ask if I minded being in one room one night and another room the next night. Shame on this management.
