My room was very clean and I had a beautiful view of Coronado Bay. However, the front desk has the worst customer service. When I checked in, the front desk gave me wrong directions on where to park. I waited nearly 30 minutes before someone came to help me. When you check out, make sure to take your room key to get out of the property. You cannot exit unless you use your room key to open the gate. It would have a been a much better experience if the staff would have given me better directions on what to do.

The service and the facilities where amazing! The staff is always friendly and willing to help with any request! Thank you for such a great experience!

Loved it ! Great rooms great place great location

$35 parking should be included in resort fee or be max at $25 $40 should be waived or decreased during this pandemic. The spa is closed. The gym is closed. The tennis courts are closed. The bball courts we're closed. Did include bike rental but what if e don't ride bikes? We paid a $40 resort fee to use wifi and then pool. View was great of the city. But not worth $75 in fees.

Great view, patio, pool area and location unfortunately that’s it rooms are poorly cleaned and noisy staff is friendly

The room was very nice and the resort is beautiful. When booking though you should know that they charge $35 a day for parking and no free wi-fi. If you agree to use their wi-fi it will cost you $16 a day.

Loved the location, very convenient next to the ferry.

Had to wait almost 45 minutes before the front desk staff came back from her break for my family and I to check in. Get to our room and there are spiderwebs in sinks and all over outside. There were fresh fries on floor. Neighbors about 3 doors down were running around naked. I understand there is less customers right now, but this is the time for you to be deep cleaning! And with less customers, you should have more control!

The staff there is amazing from the grounds crew to the concierge they many you feel special. The location on the island is perfect.

Very expensive hotel fees didn't even use amenities . $35.00 dollar a day parking fee total if $370.00 extra between the 2 . Bery disappointed manager was rude wouldnt stay there again.

Very expensive,$40 resort fee plays parking $35,I pay $ 300 per night just for bed, I order breakfast to my room and gay is very rude, front desk lady not nice she not explain nothing, only location is good, I don’t recommend this place because not worth for much money.

Love the property cause its right by the water and boardwalk except our room was not overlooking the water Otherwisw everything is great

My wife and I spent 5 nights at Coronado Island Marriott Resort, and we were slightly disappointed. Food: very good. Very satisfied; although it was quite pricey. Room service was a huge upcharge even on inexpensive items. Amenities: Lap pool, pickle ball courts, and gym were all top notch - but you are paying a hefty resort fee to access all of these Cleanliness: This is our biggest complaint. Our shower had some mold in it, which we didn’t notice until our last day. Additionally, other than making our bed and replenishing the towels, it was hard to tell housekeeping had stopped by. Any crumbs or hair that were on the floor was there for the whole stay. We had better experiences elsewhere, and we were disappointed as we generally have had good luck with Marriott in the past.

Overall nice place. A lot of kids. Bar very over priced

The staff was very friendly and our rooms were spacious and clean

Great location and amenities, this many be our families new getaway spot.

I loved that the hotel had an awesome view of San Diego.
