The only reason that I did not say my stay was terrible was the helpful and considerate staff. Both nights I stayed, my keycard did not open the door, which seemed to be frozen, and the staff had to spend ten minutes each night helping me open the door to my room. In the room, the toilet did not work when I arrived, and I had to use a plunger I had to unclog the toilet. Finally, the doorknob to the bathroom was almost completely broken. However, as I said, the staff was helpful and considerate.

Hotel is very dirty is infested with cockroaches and couldn’t sleep the whole night due to the infestation. Hotel staff didn’t want to give us towels for the room and the refrigerator was out in my room. These issue occurred on November 22-23 upon checking in. I am truly disappointed and will like a refund for my stay
