Staff was friendly as well as accommodating My daughter and i stayed two days on a weekend And it was so quiet .the area is less than desirable: But the mngmnt obviously keeps riff raff away

it was very small compared to the downtown and the one northwest san antonio.

Hotel staff was fine but could stand for some basic improvements to restroom and overall facility.

The motel is located in a semi-industrial area--so, quiet, but not at all appealing. As a New Yorker who often travels alone, it takes a bit to spook me, but this place did. There are other motels in the area, but virtually nothing in the way of dining options (unless you count Wendy's as food; I don't). The sheets and towels were clean, as was the bathroom--but the carpet and fixtures are worn to the point of being permanently soiled. The room smelled funky, and I had to wonder if every room came equipt with a half-dozen cricket carcasses. If you're desperate--I'd still try to find another place to stay--particularly if you're a woman traveling solo. (BTW--the staff is lovely.)

is ok not bed

the person at front desk was awesome. It wasn't luxury but got my money worth. I would recommend it for anyone who is just needing somewhere to stay for one night. Every person I spoke with there was very courteous. Give this place a chance.

The room is very cramped. The bathroom is even more cramped. The key card did not work 7 out of 10 times. Definitely not worth what we gave for it.

I thought it was okay for a quick trip.... and very friendly. :-)

It was so easy to find and access to the AT&T Center was no problem. The check-in process was quick and painless and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and roomy enough.

I arrived late and check in was a breeze. Good clean room. The internet connection was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel and I was not disappointed. Was only there a short time - and would go again.
