Dirty room broken faucet and staffs not accomodating
I wish i could say that i had a pleasant experience but that was not the case. I arrived at the hotel after midnight just to find out that the place was a rundown establishment. I was asked for a 20 dollars deposit and given the keys. As i opened the door to the hotel room i noticed the awful smell of cigarettes smoke in the air. I specifically booked a non smoking room . If that was not enough i also notice broken drawers no towel rack cigarette butt inside the drawer. To make long story short it was deplorable. I right away went to the front desk to speak to the manager of the place and he was no help at all. At this point i called Orbitz to complain about the facility. Ifound myself all of sudden without a place to stay at 1:30am with my 16 yr old. I ended up going to another hotel near by. I was thankful that i found this place in such short notice. Very clean place . I dont think i would be booking any packages through Orbitz due to the experience i had .
The price was good but the staff is not. They make it very complicated to stay there.
They do not have space for my reservation. But they did not do anything to try to fix it. Fortunately, i called orbitz and sent me to another hotel.
They never came to change my sheets or clean out my room even after I requested for it
The staff was awesome! They treated me very well! The room was dirty, it look like they were still trying to remodel the room. Their swimming pool didn't have anywhere to sit. The price for the two days I stayed there was very expensive. Overall I was disappointed with my stay there. I wouldn't go back to one of those types of hotels again.
Literally the worst place I have ever stayed, was only allowed 2 towels for our room, one wash rag, we stayed 4 days, one the 3rd day we were finally given more towels after I ask, the manager made me wakes with the dirty wet towels to the laundry room in which I could not find and after 20 min of looking for it, and returning to ask for directions he got upset yet still never took my dirty towels.
