So my family and I went to this hotel and thought it wouldn't be that bad ..well we got offerd coke, found a blade in the sheets, and the rooms were absoluty filthy !!tiolets don't flush and cigarette marks everywhere!!smells like smoke and dirty water made me sick !!

Just travel to San Antonio and finding the Economy hotel perfect for my budget New owner Great Customer Services I recommended to staid for your budget is perfect! No reservations need. Close to military base, shopping areas. Thank you

Having a family emergency requiring us to stay in san Antonio, with no reservations and no extra money put us in a bind. Although we arrived just before midnight, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, who were both empathetic and concerned for our situation. We were not only helped by the offering of a multi room discount but by informative insight into our surroundings with superb directions. The prices were in fact higher than normal (we had called ahead) due to the 4th of July holiday, but far less than the neighboring alternatives. It's not fancy by any means, but clean, fair and well run. I have read the past reviews and maybe they had issues before, but I was told the property was just purchased by a new owner and we saw all the hustle and bustle of upgrades going on. Our family would like to thank them for going that extra mile. The customer service was more valuable and impressive than a mint on the pillow. Big Thumbs up for the customer service, and best of luck to the new owners. Great job!!. WE WILL RETURN

First room smelled like pot then actually found a baggie with pot ....water didn't room smelled like mildey and was dirty.....never again...tried to cover up with febrezze then they don't answer the phone

Lady in the front, older white lady very rude thinks she's owns the place. Rooms are disgusting. Literally in the ghetto! I would never go back ever!!!! Smelled terrible and the maintenance is a joke! Power trip agent in the Am and alcoholic maintenance man!!! The 2 evening clerks are sweet and nice but not worth a revisit to stay there again. Need new AM staff. Bo and Pat need to go if that business wants a chance.

The Inn is affordable, clean and the people are friendly. It is good for a night or a week. It has a laundry room, swimming pool and microwave, frig.,coffee makers upon request. Within walking to VIA busline...wi fi, cable. Enjoy an affordable stay in a military, tourist city.

Booked on booking.com; worst motel ever; dirty and noisy; also they still claim they offer breakfast; in reality they don't; once I complained the girl at the desk claimed she already told her boss... What a joke... I put a bad comment on booking.com and now all the comments are gone.... Just stay away!!!

Horrible!! We came in late and tired so we didn't notice the Cockroaches in the room the 1st night and were unable to get our money back. We were stuck there for a week! There was blood on the wall and on the lamp! So freaking gross!!! Bad odor!! The bed was so so uncomfortable. There was a big dip in the middle of the bed which made either my husband or myself get "stuck" in or kept us completely away from each other. The room was not serviced daily and had to call the front desk to ask for toilet paper, towels, etc and then they wouldn't even bring them to the room. They wanted me to meet them down stairs in a housekeeping room!!

A COMPLETE DUMP! Took one look at room and left. Cockroaches, smelled like sewer. Man at desk had the worst body oder! Not to mention the drunk homeless man hanging in the hall area. It would be a death sentence to have stayed......not safe!

I was going to my sons graduation and I did not have a reservation. All the brand name hotels were trying to rob me by asking $90 to $120 a night. After wasting my time for about one hour I stopped at Economy Inn. People there were great, they understood my situation and offered me a room for $59. The room was clean, well kept and that is what I was looking for. I waned to rent a room not buy a room, so Economy Inn worked out perfect for me.
