Nothing about this motel is acceptable. Smelly, dirty walls, dirty carpets, stained up towels, mattresses were horblie and broken... over all this place needs a complete makeover. Hell make a tv show out if it. But yeah, this place sucks and I'd never recommend staying here.

snots in the bathroom (by the sink), remote with bad batteries (replaced on the request), no warm water by the evening in the shower

When walking into the lobby you smell the discusting ashtray that is nose height on the post. Then the first room smelled like amnomia, the 2nd room the shower head fell.off and hit my daughter. 3rd room was only slightly better but the shower head didn't really work either. Our room was dirty and had hair on the floor. I needed to clean up before I could let my kids down. The pool is slippery and not only my child but another guest slipped. The breakfast was basically just coffee and not much else. We would never stay here again. We were here for our daughter and tried not to spend too much time there.

"Clean" towels had stains, carpet stained, the walls were dirty. In place of fitted sheets on the bed regular sheets were used. Broken cabinets,no drawers to store clothes,no hangers. The freezer section of the fridge was covered in about an inch of ice, making it useless to store anything. The tv looked like it was about to tip over any second. Pitiful breakfast offered. I'm fine with a bare bones hotel but this hotel is dirty and sloppy. This hotel scrapes by with the bare minimum, but it's Indian owned and operated,so no surprises there. Was not expecting the Ritz Carlton, but this hotel needs an overhaul from top to bottom, starting with the owners.

This hotel was exactly what I expected for the price I paid. I do wish the room had been cleaned a little better before we checked in. There was a sticker from a previous guest's shirt (showing their shirt size) stuck on the wall when we arrived. The floors appeared dirty still and there was a pubic hair on the bathroom floor. The toilet kept sticking so that the tank would not fill with water. There were holes in the wall. The vending machines were out of order. However, the hotel was close to market square. The staff was excellent! The breakfast was okay. We did not utilize the pool, so I can't give an accurate review of the pool area. Parking was easily accessible and very convenient. The location of the hotel was great, right off the interstate.

I booked this hotel because of the price, nice pictures, and location. Hotel is run down and location is horrible. The distance to downtown stated is a direct line not actual driving distance. I arrived at the hotel and checked in. No problems until I walked into my room. The beds were so old that the matresses looked warped. The sheets felt dirty and most of all there were pee stains in the restroom (odor was horrible). I went to notify the front desk employee. He got upset and tried to make me feel bad for telling him. He eventually got me another room on the second floor. The whole floor smelled of cigarette smoke. This new room seemed a liitle better until the middle of the night when i heard a rat was running around. I would have left, but I had the no refund option when I booked the room. Take my advice and pay a litlle more for a better hotel. This one is definitely not worth saving a little money.

hotel is run down. All vending machines are out of order. Staff is very rude. Rooms are dirty and they don:t change the linen. Tv is broke down. Telephone has been removede from the roon as the does not work. When I complained at the front desk, she told me that she is not responsible and I need to talk to the owner. Orbittz should not list this kind of property. Very very despointing

Building interior in need of more maintenance, floors need a clean, and hotel staff could be happier (night shift guy seemed totally miserable). Otherwise all okay. Room very spacious, and had working microwave, TV and fridge. Everything in room functional. Hotel not central, but within walking distance of city center. Also a short walk away, a Wendy's, MacDonald's, gas station food-mart, and some local eating establishments.

Shower was horrible pillows were hard and very uncomfortable

The bed was lumpy, the carpets are dingy and dirty, and the room had a certain smell.

The hotel was dirty and terribly needed to be cleaned. Breakfast was only on the weekends. I booked through Orbitz for 5 people and the occupancy was only for 4 people, so one had to sleep on the floor. No refrig or microwave, and no roll away beds. The area is not safe looking and there is a train really close that was extremely loud all night long. Not satisfied at all!

room did not have a refrigrator. also air conditioner made clicking noises entire time of stay. all vending machines in hotel were out of order. room did not have do not disturb sign to hang on door. tv was below standard.

Was Not as described, no breakfast except for Saturday had to beg to get housekeeping and clean towels, pool was green.

I would have felt cleaner sleeping on the nearby sidewalk. I didn't see any bugs, thank God, but I had the creeps the entire stay. We opened the pull-out bed from the couch and found old STAINED sheets from the previous guest. There were marks on the wall and floor in the bathroom--clearly a bodily fluid that hadn't been cleaned up prior to our check-in. So gross! Outside our window were a pair of women's sweatpants on the ground. This is clearly a hotel where shady stuff happens regularly.

1. Rooms smelled really bad, old carpets, noisy and annoying refrigerator, swamp cooler. 2. Bed uncomfortable, old sheets, thin. 3. Breakfast a joke, only on weekends, you have to make your own with very little selection - basics. 4. Horrible wifi, so darned slow, couldn't connect most of the time as well. 5. Had prostitutes soliciting me in parking lot. 6. Just old everything, this place needs major fixing.

Mold on shower curtain, Pair of pants in room, broken desk, lots of marks on walls, floor in front of air conditioner soft and spongy, security door at end of hall NO door knob (NO SECURITY), hallway door to outside propped open because card reader to get in is ripped out of wall, garbage bucket sitting in stairway for two days with vomit in it.

Not bad to stay a night for $65.Its close to river walk too but it a bit too far to walk.Overall its a good deal

the wifi speed is slow. there is not chair to seat.

Nice hotel lacking upkeep. Only one bed pullout couch unmade and broken

this was my first time having to leave a hotel because it was so disappointing. the windows could not be shut all the way and the hotel was near a train railway so the noise was not blocked at all. there were pieces of chips under the bed that i almost stepped on. the toilet was not flushed and pieces of toilet paper were floating. there were no towels in the bathroom and i had to get it myself.
