The construction was pretty bad and the elevator wasn't working when we arrived. And the restroom didn't have any towels..we had to shower and dry with little fave towels
- The elevator didn't work, they didn't have rooms available on the first floor because a flood problem. - They gave me a room with the door lock broken. I was unable to close the door, so they assigned me another one (instead checking their rooms first before assign it). - I asked the guy at the front desk for a discount since they didn't specify the elevator problem when I made the reservation. He said the manager will come the next day. The manager never called me. I guess I should go and find him. - I got several insect bites during while I slept in the bed. - The room was not clean, specially the bathroom. - Construction work was made outside the hotel, there was a lot of dust at the entrance of the hotel.
Area experienced a power outage. This facility needs to include a power generator to operate at minimum the hallways to manuever safely during a power outage. Room I was assigned had bathing unit for handicapped person. Consequently, my shower was not outfitted with appropiate curtain to keep water from flowing onto floor and into other areas. I spent my time mopping up the floor.
I booked this hotel for a business trip and will not be back. Felt like a truck stop.
Good clean hotel. There for the night only
The rooms were very nice and spacious. The lobby needs to be updated and the furniture was dirty. The staff was wonderful though. We didn't use the pool but it looked fine. The location was great for where we wanted to go, Six Flags Fiesta, only a couple miles away. The breakfast was great.
Nice room, great price, good location, but we were not happy when we arrived at 6:45 pm and the room was not ready. Also not enough pillows for the sofa bed in our room. Hotels should always plan for a full house, especially during spring break times in a tourist city. That was the excuse we kept hearing for everything.
