Good option in the San Antonio area.Nice and confi room, decent included breakfast.

We had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. They didn't clean the room for two days. We complained at the front desk and nothing happened, then we realized they only have one person to clean all the rooms. I'm not sure if this is the best way to make America great again...

I wish there was a sign somewhere about the construction going on in the hotel. Perhaps, they could have closed off a part of the hotel. There was dust on the carpet outside of some rooms where there was construction. The siding wasn't done on the stairs. There was boxes outside of the room doors, maybe material for the construction. There was a bellman/luggage cart outside of the elevator and no one ever moved it. It just felt uncomfortable. My room, specifically, had an odor coming from the AC/Heat unit/vent. It had a funky odor and we couldn't open any windows to air it out. It was really an uncomfortable stay. I had one day in which I got to lay out and their hot tub seemed murky. There was also a little cup that was floating around. Definitely not something you want to experience when trying to get away from home for some relaxation.

It was nice. It was good to get the room and find one that was nice and comfortable during Spring break.

Very nice and classy. In a great part of the city.

Easy check in, great staff, comfy bed and great continental breakfast! Plus, just the right distance from various attractions to make them all easy to get to. This was my second stay at this hotel, it's definitely become my go to when in San Antonio.

Great hotel. Very polite and friendly. Breakfast was filling and the rooms were clean and comfy.

We stayed there to attend our friend's wedding. The hotel is very nice, but it is difficult to get to and hard to see. We had to get off one highway and circle on to another highway, cross over the first highway and get back onto the first highway to be going in the correct direction to pull into the parking lot. Confusing huh? We thought so. We had no hot water so had to get dressed for the wedding with a cold shower. It was fixed when we returned from the wedding. It was an outdoor reception, so the extra shower was needed. The staff was awesome about directions, recommendations and very apologetic for the cold shower issue. It was a hotel wide problem. Overall we enjoyed the stay a lot.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Nice room. The only complaint is that the room smelled of cigarrette smoke and it was a non smoking! But it was conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. 15 minute drive from San Antonio!

I booked this hotel mainly because of it's location - close to where I needed to be. It is right on highway 1604, and easy to get in/out of the highway. The room is big with all the standard amenities, even has a couch in the sitting area with a ceiling fan. The only complain I have was that the door lock had some issues, not easy to open when it is opened, it would be in lock position, and took some effort to unlock it to close the door. The free breakfast was better than most of others, has hot meat patty, scrambled eggs, etc. The fitness room is small, and all the equipments are in very close to each other. A bit too warm for exercising.

Staff were nice, but the hotel is on a very busy intersection and the room , though spacious smelt like a locker room. loud rattling fan. we needed to stay in the area twp more nights but left and found a better hotel. not sure how this one gets three stars....

It was awesome! From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, the staff was great. They made recommendations on where to eat and gave great directions. The only reason room comfort did not get a 5 was because our air conditioner was not working correctly out first night there, but the manager ( Erik Garcia) came to the room right away and got maintenance right on it when he determined it was not a simple fix he could do! After that, it could not have been any better!

Large size room , comfortable bed, very friendly staff, late check out and great free brk feast

Everything from the staff to the room layout to the price was far beyond my expectations. I ended up staying here 6 extra nights. I'll definitely stay here again.

The room was really clean. The staff was very friendly.

Our room met our needs as we had a couch that folded out into a bed where the 5 of us could sleep comfortably in one room. The hot breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit, muffins, and cereal. There was plenty of food for everyone with several choices, although they could use some extra tables as the second morning we had eat outside at a table by the pool as the dining area was full, but it was actually kind of nice with birds chirping. The beds were very comfortable and slept great. Only downfall was the location made it difficult to get in and out with construction.

Rooms were large enough to accommodate 6 people 2 queens and a sofa bed, mini fridge and a microwave. Location was a little out of the way about 15 min to fiesta Texas and downtown, but the price was worth it considering a smaller room downtown goes for twice as much.

Hotel provided everything we needed. Only problem we encountered was the traffic. Construction was a mess....

It is a small hotel; parking was a little tight. However, it was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very close to several attractions such as Natural Bridge Caverns, the San Antonio Zoo, Seaworld, Witte Museum, etc.

It was a last minute reservation. And the Hotel was very nice and clean. We had a great breakfast the next day

I was very disappointed to read of your experience during your stay with us. Whilst an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome of your experience on this occasion, I do extend it with all sincerity. I certainly empathize regarding the points you mention in your review especially the poor service you received as a result. This level of service is certainly not acceptable and will be addressed with the concerned parties.
