We had an overnight stay between flights in Chicago. The hotel shuttle picked us up at the airport. After a short shuttle ride, check-in went very quickly. The room was very nice and clean. We rode the shuttle to airport the next day. I even received a text from an employee at hotel checking to see ...
Staff was friendly the room was very clean, bathroom was clean and had complimentary toiletries. You do have to pay $18 for parking so that’s something to keep in mind. Really close to amenities and Allstate arena. They have an airport shuttle 24 hours so when we had to leave at 3:30 AM for our flight ...
I liked everything about the hotel except the window blinds are not as easy as curtains to adjust to allow a little bit of natural light into the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large, sparkling clean, & everything worked perfectly. Will definitely be telling my friends and ...
Check in was smooth! The staff was very friendly and helped us with directions and things to do during our visit. Not far from the train station either. The outlet mall was close by as well. I would stay here again!!
I chose the Hyatt because of 4 things. 1. The rate was a great value. 2. Considering the amount other hotels were charging for the parking, the combined price of the room and parking made the price a bargain. 3. This is a 4 star hotel and the quality of the room was excellent. 4. The hotel is attached to the convention center and the convenience of not having to drive to the auto show was very relaxing. The hotel put a notice under the door the evening before check out that there was a large number of check outs the next morning and to please observe the 12:00 check out time and use online or in room check out if possible. Bit, they let you know on this notice to hold onto your room key and if parked in the garage, you could remain parked there at no additional charge until 8:00pm. This worked out great for me as I didn't have to worry about moving my car until I left Chicago to head home. Excellent stay.
My 8 year old daughter and I had a quick one night stay here, and found the whole experience clean, easy, and delightful. The views from our room were fantastic! The location was perfect and very convenient for us. My daughter loved it, and we had a great stay.
We live in Chicago but wanted to do a staycation. This place was perfect and we would come back.
Great stay! Clean rooms, accommodating staff and super friendly!, pretty good gym, and decent location in the city.
