We were a group of 5 people & the room was a bit cramped for 5 of us. Hotel staff was friendly & provided extra blanket & pillows. Other amenities are decent. Location was a bit far from the downtown so we had to get stuck in the morning traffic. But since it was away from the downtown, the area ...
I was so happy to find such a great deal on Orbitz. This hotel is so big & beautiful. Our room, hip & historic, was perfect. And the location was perfect to the theater, the art museum, millennium park and quick uber rides around town. Plus, it was only two blocks from the L stop. We really enjoyed ...
My husband & I had tickets for the Blackhawks game Friday night, we decided to stay in the city! The Kinzie Hotel had a super deal to suit our budget! Location is fantastic for shops, restaurants & bars. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, no wait for check-in. We also received four coins ...
I LOVED the 12' ceilings in my room, the tall windows and the views of the lake and some of Chicago's best landmarks! The door knobs were also SO cool and I appreciated that they were kept through the years. The bathroom was nicely renovated with black granite. I couldn't find a thermostat to lower ...
Beautiful hotel architecture is very cool. The hotel staff very friendly. Perfectly located right off the Magnificent Mile best hotel you can get in that location for the price absolutely hands down cannot be beaten I highly recommend this place
We have stayed in this hotel maybe six times in the last seven yearswhile going to the opera for a weekend. It is a gem in an otherwise pricey hotel area. Clean, good restaurant attached (pub). Biggest downside is the lack of reasonably-priced parking. They used to have a deal with a deck nearby ...
The lobby is tiny and the halls made me feel a little claustrophobic. My room was right next to the elevator (so it was very loud). The room was tiny, and I have an enormous bruise on my knee from the wood bed frame that extended beyond the mattress. There were no outlets by the bed so I could charge ...
AC system kept turning on and off. Had to turn it off in order to sleep. Excellent shower but plumbing behind walls was noisy during toilet flush. Nice new carpeting, especially in hallways. Shelves in closet could use a fresh coat of paint. Parking was free with good security lighting, next to highway ...

Cool hotel, right in the loop. Great gym, spacious rooms, extremely quiet. I think it's a old office building, extremely well built and classical
Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Very well run hotel at a very reasonable price in a location that was in dire need of high quality room and board. We were very pleased and very impressed with this establishment.

And the location was perfect to the theater, the art museum, millennium park and quick uber rides around town. Plus, it was only two blocks from the L stop. We really enjoyed the spa too. My only issues were that you could hear talking right through the wall in your hotel room and you had to work hard to get the waiter’s attentions in the lobby bar.
Everything was nice about the hotel except the elevator situation. However, I'm sure they will fix that later because it was under renovation when I was there. Nice bed with a very modern homey vibe.
