Updated clean rooms great for a short stay. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Restaurant on site good for a quick bite or drink.

I've stayed here multiple times and everything about it has been completely positive EXCEPT the room keys constantly get deactivated by my cell phone. Even after I've been aware of the problem and consciously kept my room key away from my phone (which is super annoying since I would normally put both in my wallet), the keys still get deactivated. I've never had this issue at any other hotel so obviously it's not an unavoidable issue.

We will stay there again ....the bathroom door could have opened outward than in , for the kinda small bathroom . But overall it was splendid, loved it.

The walls in the hotel are thin. If you are on the second floor- stopping from above and noise next door. The hotel is in desperate need of an update! Paint. New curtains. Rugs. Would not stay here again.

Older hotel, tiny bathroom, towels made from sandpaper. Paper thin walls, heard TV all night from the room next door. I asked if the gym was above my room , as there was so much noise from upstairs for 2 nights. Will not return or recommend

No actual control over room temperature so it was either very cold or very warm depending on the fan's mood. Windows didn't open so there was no way to compensate. The cleaning materials used in the rooms and public areas had strong chemical and lemony perfume smells which were disagreeable. The room we were assigned at each of our two stays (the Orbitz room?) was directly across from the elevators. The hotel is very busy on weekends with lots of weddings etc., so all night long partying guests could be easily heard in the hallway just outside our door making it difficult to sleep. The saving grace was the staff (lovely and responsive.) The hotel location is great, near shopping and medical as needed. We are normally pleased at hotels we stay at and were surprised to be disappointed by these two stays.

there was a change in room to a king size suite after much wait.they said it ewwas booked thru third party .their hands were tied. however they did find a suite they gave to us for a additional fee. i thought that was fine.when we got to room there was smoke odor present.upon further inspection part of floor there were other rooms effected as well. they moved us agasin to a regular room and apologized for all inconveniences and compt breakfast which eas appreciated.yes there ewere issues but they responded very efficiently and properly.

Very nice hotel, centrally located in Freehold. Was there because of an event I was attending nearby. Excellent access to the highway, clean rooms and good amenities. They do a fun, funky chicken thing with the towels and a Groucho Marx fake nose and glasses that is worth seeing. Would post a pic if I could.

The room was very clean and had no one odors which was very important for me.

Stayed in the hotel for one night, very convenient location, close to the mall with nice restaurants. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful.

Great experience would come back again. Clean and comfortable rooms, elevators & lobby.

Friendly staff, clean updated rooms, timely room service. Free wifi, parking, fridge in room (no microwave). The sleep number beds were a nice touch. The walls are thin so noise carries easily. There was a wedding going on so loud drunk people up and down the halls all night. No continental breakfast (not a huge deal).

Overall everything seem real good for my stay . I will highly recommend this hotel to all my friends!

Over all everything was good! Location of hotel was nice n quiet, within a short ride we were close to Basically everything (food, mall & Movie Theater).

It is what you would expect from a good business hotel. My room got very hot over night and it was difficult to get the fan and heat setting to change. The fitness center is decent. Free WiFi is much appreciated.

Very nice hotel, It was very comfortable. If anything was to be improved I would suggest coffee in the Lobby and a better coffee setup in the room. The coffee in the room was terrible.

The hotel was nice the staff was very helpful. I would stay there again.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Restaurant bar food was good, reasonably priced with a great staff.

I requested a king sized bed online but we got sent to a room with 2 doubles. The online servicesaid there were jacuzzis and many more amenities then there was. We went to go to six flags and had no idea our hotel offered a package plan. They need to advertise more. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was super nice. I would definitely stay here again! Even with being given the wrong room, they immediately corrected it.

The Front Desk Staff was Very Friendly and Helpful. Thank You Ladies!

Thank you for your review. We are very disappointed to hear that you did not completely enjoy your stay with us at the Radisson Freehold, and we would like to take this opportunity to address your concerns. The temperature in each of our guest rooms can be controlled by the thermostat on the wall. We always encourage guests to contact us immediately with any issues or concerns so we can address them right away. We would have been happy to send a housemen up to your room. During busy weekends, we do tend to have several wedding blocks stay at our hotel. We understand that you were offered a room on a higher floor, but it was noted that it was near the elevator. Again, we apologize that this was your experience, and we hope you consider staying with us again.
