The check-in process was amazing. Tatum was so sweet and welcoming! The overnight front desk agent, Maranda, was absolutely incredible: so sweet and full of energy all the time. I asked for extra towels and a toothbrush, and she personally brought them up so I wouldn’t have to come down. Her kindness and professionalism made me feel completely cared for during my stay. 10/10

I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how great this place was! So much I want to gate-keep it lol first the staff so awesome! So friendly and courteous, just so eager to help. Everyone says hello or good morning. I am a stickler for cleanliness and this made my weekend so much better! The only part I didn’t enjoy was the breakfast. It is $17.99 buffet but the food was great. The best option is the make your own waffle. But other than that, no complaints! The pool was clean and always had towels. I am usually not a pool person, my son is but I did go in and enjoy it! I am definitely returning! Thank you so much for a great 4th of July weekend stay!

The hotel was in need of some updating. It had an awesome lounge in it but it was only open on Friday and Saturday. Breakfast was only Friday and Saturday and didn’t start before 7. Complimentary coffee was terrible.

The hotel advertises that breakfast is included. But when I got there, they told me it’s only on the weekends. I only stayed one night because I had a funeral to attend. Overall the hotel was quiet.

The water temp kept changing. Not consistent. The room also did not have a proper heating / cooling. I had to turn off the thermometer because the temp was cold even though i raised the temp to its highest setting. Finally, the internet was very poor. I couldnt do any work due to latency and poor cinnection

Rooms need to be exterminated and website need to indicate if pool is not open. The pool was closed and awaiting inspection. I did not like that no customer courtesy was given being that I my stay was 2 weeks at hotel. I spoke to Manager on site and he just said he will let his manager know.
