There were roaches in my room I killed 4 of them and saw a couple more. Checked out in the middle of the night and was promised a refund but the next person to work in the morning was trying to tell me I was lying to them. Bad customer service and lack of accountability.

The property ran out of towels. I need more towels that Manager comes and tell me oh it’s no more towels, but we sold out and nobody has gave it some towels back and the ladies they do the laundry or the ladies they do. The giving of the towels are not here they left for the day The ice machine on the second floor was broke so she had to go out to the third of the fourth floor to get ice couldn’t check in early unless you paid $30 yeah very bad. I will never go back to this hotel.

Staff was friendly and check-in was quick. Breakfast was good. Price was right and room was adequate. There was dust on most surfaces and oil and goo on the wood furniture. The bolt lock on the door wouldn’t latch and the hairdryer didn’t work. The desk chair was way too low for the desk and wouldn’t adjust. Sheets were “pilly.” Overall, pretty typical of a 2-3 star motel.

ROACH! As soon as I walked into my room, I saw that There was a roach on the bathroom counter… not a water bug but a roach! I do know the difference. I immediately left the room and went to the desk, talked to the staffer and checked out. I was not given a refund. I stayed at a different hotel.

My unit seemed very clean and well maintained. Recliner and bed cover should be replaced very soon! It would be very much appreciated if some food choices for dairy-free and gluten free diners could be offered: hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, banana for example Very kind, friendly, approachable front desk staff and housekeeper. Thank you for a good, last-minute experience!
