The staff and property were fantastic. Unfortunately on the floor I was rooming on there was someone smoking marijuana inside and the entire 3rd floor (including in the rooms) smelled like it. $180 for a hotel was a bit steep to smell marijuana all night with 2 children in my room. I could have stayed at a much cheaper location with the same results.

Nothing to really say about it..It was clean and nice

I am used to a complimentary breakfast. I skipped the breakfast and ate at McDonalds.

The desk clerk was very personable and professional.

Awesome location. Great staff and managers. Prompt service.

The Hotel is under construction, but there was no warning about it on the website. The main entrance is closed and you have to enter the hotel by a small side door with no easy access. There is dust and construction all over. The Elevators are straight out of a horror movie and the stairwells straight out of an even worse horror movie (never mind the smell). The Hot tub is not operational and covered...looks like a murder site taped off by police. The staff is nice and thanked me for my patience, tho I would have rather had a discount on the fare since this was definitely not the Hotel experience I thought I was paying for. At the very least hey should have offered a free breakfast (dust and all). The room was nice once you get past everything else, but for the money, avoid this "bates motel" (as my GF called it) and book somewhere else. Once the construction is finished hopefully it will be better.

Very nice hotel convenient to everything. Didn’t use the indoor pool or hottub but appeared nice

Excellent staff and localation. Will stay again in the future.

Great staff, we left our kindle behind and they returned it as soon soon as they found it. We appreciate their honesty and will return to the same hotel on our next visit.

nice hotel they just need to work on the food. But the room was awesome and so was the staff.

This hotel is old it could use some remodeling no ac in the elevator and it was dirty .most hotels offer you a bottle of water especially when come in from 95 degree weather .onstead they charge ore for it

We got the king room with the hot tub everything looked good be the hot tub need to be cleaned it had a ring we told the front desk and a nice lady came up and cleaned it the service was great the breakfast was good too

Great, friendly staff. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Close to NC State and lots of restaurants. My new go to in Raleigh.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. Kids enjoyed the pool and the desk clerk was so nice to switch us from a King bed to double beds! I recommend this hotel.

Needed a place close to Cary. This hotel had a convenient location, was a great deal, and very clean. We would definitely stay again.

I was in Cary for a very brief visit over Christmas weekend. The staff was very, very pleasant. The room could have been better however. I did let the gentleman know about the bed frame and lamp at checkout but since I received this survey, I thought I would complete it. I usually don't like to complain but the bed frame was sticking out about 4-5 inches and I slammed my ankle on it and couldn't move for a few minutes. The lamp on the nightstand was duct-taped together and the bulbs were hanging down. I took a picture of it as it struck me funny at first and then just plain tacky. Last but certainly not least, the water in the shower barely was hot...it was warm, but not hot. Yet the sink water was scalding hot.

I was here for business. I did notice that the hotel is getting a makeover, and there was some new people at the front desk that seemed to give a rip about the speed of the internet which was my main complaint before.

I was expecting customer service when I checked in and what I got was a very wonderful experience from the moment I checked in I was only there for the night but I was welcomed in by the staff it was very clean amd inviting if I ever am in the same city I plan to stay in the same hotel

We were staying in Cary NC to watch our daughter run in her Atlantic Regional X/C meet for her college. The hotel was nice and people were friendly, however the spa was out of order and the breakfast was not included. The hotel owners have converted what looks like it was a typical continental breakfast area into a "restaraunt" style set-up. It was $10.95 for the meal. We did not eat at the hotel because we felt that was kind of pricey after the $138.00 price tag to sleep there. The good news is, there are plenty of clean, fast and friendly full service restaraunts nearby, i.e. Bob Evans, Ruby Tuesday's etc. The pictures on the website deceive you. I know we witnessed several people during check-out that were not satisfied.
