The staff was very friendly and efficient but the hallways were littered with paper, wrappers, etc. Just felt a little dingy and unmaintained. By contrast, the grounds around the hotel were very tidy. We slept well and the beds were very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were both easy.

The customer service I received was great however the property is in need of a revamp my first room head cleanliness issues with the ceiling in the bathroom just not looking clean I was moved to a second room it was visibly cleaner the air conditioning unit was a little loud but not unbearable my concern was I Got in late so I did not fully examine the room but once I woke up in the morning to get fresh sunshine I pull the curtains and there was ants everywhere I look on the counter where I put my keys pocketbook ants The customer service was excellent by the staff I encountered, property needs a deep clean and extermination.

The most non-Hilton like property I've stayed at in a long time, minus most of the staff (they were mostly friendly and professional). Got to check in early which was great. Even if staff member mentioned 5x while checking in that since I booked on a third party website and was already getting a discount I would not get any honors points. Stayed on 4th floor but the whole hall smelled foul - like smoke dried in carpet mixed with dirty laundry. Room was clean. Loved the Kuriegs. Pool was closed (not told that at check in). Gym was a mess. No products to sanitize after I sweat on the equipment. hand towels provided but when you go to put them in the "hamper" next to the trash - if you look in you see just a trash can so your towel is going into the trash with... well, trash. Some of the accessories for the cable machine were broken or missing pieces. No water in the water machine (nor cups). Side entrance to the hotel was open all day (even though it says you need a key) and at night even with a key it won't open (even when the scanner turns green). Went down for breakfast at 630 and one coffee bin was empty and the other the coffee was cold (attendant was very nice though). Just overall felt like a low grade hotel rather than any version/brand of a Hilton.

It was close to the Airport: convenient. Did not like: I purchased a room with a "free" breakfast and paid for it in advance through Orbitz. However, the hotel charged me for breakfast. They said that we were supposed to ask for whatever we needed. It turns out we do not have other business other than asking all the time. The bathroom sealing had been backwardly repaired and looked bad. In terms of esthetics that did not make us relaxed. Attendants at the reception were incompetent: repeated the same all the time.

The free breakfast was terrible experience. The cook wasnt there, and I waited for 45 minutes and bothered the front desk clerk twice before he showed up. The omelet was awful.. way overcooked so the eggs were like rubber. was starving and couldn't finish it it as it was upsetting my stomach

Staff had no control with a fire alarm situation.

The room that we were in was in poor condition. Bathroom door was warped and could not be pulled closed.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very courteous and friendly.

I didnt like the place as it was not clean.The staffs were rude and no proper response to our questions. Also i was faced some annoyance from people stayed at the place

It did not see breakfast in Orbitz's booking. Also, the room was not cleaned at all during these days. Coffee was not provided at all on the other two days. Cofee was all decaf.
