I would have to say the staff the older gentleman with the gray hair I’m not for sure with his name is, but he was very helpful. Also, the young lady with the dreads or locks was very helpful soft spoken, and very sweet. My issue came in with the young lady that was or is the manager, I guess She seemed to be lacking communication with her staff, the young lady with the red hair seemed to be sweet, but did the bare minimum I would ask for the large trash bags and she will always give me the small ones not big enough to clean anything. I asked her for a broom one night to be able to clean my room or sweeten my room she gave me a broken broom and broken dustpan. She didn’t seem to wanna do anything except for sitting in the chair, which is fine whenever I asked for clean linen, she would always be missing something like the mattress covering or the quilt that came with the blanket because the rooms got very cold. I never exchanged my towels cause I always washed them at their laundry site. So I would rewash my own towels that they provided and occasionally I will go to my trunk and get my own towels that I bought laundry facility a bit pricey 225 will really 250 to wash and dry the Spanish lady that worked at night very sweet never had an issue out of her. The manager not really fond of. She has curly hair. No real communication with her staff. She would tell me oh I’m not gonna charge you to $45 late fee and then till the girl with the red hair oh, she’s charging me either way
