Clean and affordable place to stay. O’Charleys restaurant is a 2min walk from hotel

Excellent service, cleaned and sanitized, individually boxed breakfasts and coffee! Great value and good location.

Needed more than 1 person to handle the complimentary breakfast. Some items had gotten cold or needed refilled. The worker was constantly doing things but with the amount of guests eating, it was not enough, felt bad for her that she had no help. I had reserved a 2 queen bed room online, when we checked in, we took our stuff to our room it was a 1 king bed room. We has 3 people. Called front desk, they reviewed the reservation & said no other rooms with 2 beds were ready yet it was 2 hours after check in time. They put a rush on it and waited approx 15 minutes for a room with 2 beds. I recommend before you send a guest to their room with all their belongings to verify room reserved matches room your sending them to.

Does not routinely honor room type on third party (ie, Orbitz) reservations, unless you make a fuss.

The staff was very helpful and our room was clean. The only thing that can improve is the breakfast options.

Made my business trip a success. Great service and quiet.

We have stayed here many times and been pleased. However, due to their current remodel there is dust everywhere and the a/c unit in our room sounded like a 747 taking off every time it kicked on. Wait until after the remodel is complete to stay here again.

The staff on the front desk exhibited a "We don't care" attitude with two problems. First, our room was warm and stuffy but the front office replied "we cannot do anything about that". Second, we awakened to find thousands of ants covering the top of the refrigerator where we had stored a covered cake. The ants ruined the cake and the front office response was literally a grunt to my request for a large trash bag. Only the cleaning lady said she was sorry for the ants when I showed her where they were. By the way, we were on the fifth floor!

The hotel was good, the continental breakfast was bad.

Internet service was very weak. Hotel is aging and in need of makeover. Breakfast was shut down when I went down at 10:25 on a Saturday morning. I thought that was ridiculous for a weekend. I know they all like to shut those breakfast down early to save money while enticing you to stay with "free breakfast". One of the electrical outlets wasn't working when I tried to plug in the iron, which was frustrating trying to figure out what was going on. They did have change for a $20.00 and matches when I needed them at 2:00 a.m., but I also witnessed an interesting situation unfold where a woman had been given a room (key) at 2:00 a.m. only to find the room occupied which I have rarely seen happen. She was a little freaked out as was the room occupnat I would guess. This didn't impove my confidence. Nice little smoking area outside covered in trees with park benches. Room was cleaned well and all else was fine.

The room was clean and very nice. Continental breakfast was not as good as other Hampton Inns.
