Easy part first, nothing not to like about this property. The whole property was spotless. Staff was courteous and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Plaza across the street (within walking distance) had quite a bit of options for dining and shopping. Would definitely recommend.

In general stay was good in terms of employees customer service, but hotel maintenance and housekeeping need attention. Housekeeping - We found two alive cockroaches in the room and in the bathtub. Bathroom floor was dirty. Unacceptable! We had family in another room with the same problem. Maintenance - furniture was damage and some picture frames were full of rust. For a Marriott with not a cheap rate as a customer you have higher expectations.

We chose this site as it was close to a family member nearby, and was reasonably priced. The staff was very accommodating as we had a family emergency in the middle of our stay and we had to alter our reservations a bit. The desk staff was very helpful with our situation.
