The heat at the property was not working. I called the contact number approximately ten times during my five night stay, to notify them that the heat was not working, and that it was very cold. A different operator answered the call every single time. Every time I was told that I would get a call back, but I didn't. Generally, the heat not working would not be an issue, but it was very cold during my stay.
