The property, beach, service and rooms were all great! I wasn’t a fan of the food.

Everything was amazing!!! Javier our butler was so great he went above and beyond for anything we needed Get the swim up room and you MUST SEE the chic cabaret Check out trip advisor for my full review and you’ll see why the TRS is THE place to stay at !!!!!

Some very nice staff. Chic Cabernet dinner/show was excellent. Beautiful beach, but it was easier to go and get whatever you needed yourself rather than wait for service. Heavy sales pitch for membership. And my single biggest complaint was there were flies everywhere! It was very off putting to try and eat outside with flies crawling all over the prepared food!

I liked all the people. They always found a way to make you feel important at all times. Charlie, Valentine, very special employees of Resort.

I didn’t like dealing with Orbitz. They booked me to flight tickets with one person all inclusive and the other person not. It took two days of my vacation to fix. It finally got fixed by a Manager of Orbitz. 😕

Excellent food and service! Staff are genuinely friendly with guests and each other. The beach is as nice as they come. The food was cruise ship quality.

Place is great. Staff awesome, especially Charli. Everone made you feel at home.

The property was well maintained and clean. There were a lot of activities and restaurant options. The massage was the best ever!!

Beautiful grounds, pool, beach, restaurants. Shower kept causing flooding outside of bathroom. Shower door did not close all the way.

This property was amazing. The staff was friendly and the amenities were out of this world. I highly recommend this hotel.

TRS is a great resort. Friendly staff, clean, great food! Mattresses were a little worn in and room was a bit musty but everything else was great. Beach was clean and safe. All the amenities were outstanding. The spa and fitness facility were huge! Overall great stay and would recommend.
