First time at an all-inclusive resort and it was fabulous. The property is in excellent shape. We chose to stay in a beachside room with the hot tub on the balcony. The couples massage was great. Some of the food was not the best but dinner at Sumptori was delicious as well as the room service grilled chicken breast. The staff went above and beyond to get us everything we desired. I hate to leave!

The staff were amazing, Special recognition to Dahana and Emmanuel for the great poolside and beach side service. They were spot on! Couldn't ask for better folks. Our butler, Edward, was also fantastic. Biggest regret was he was on his day off when we left so we did not get to thank him personally. He went above and beyond to get us reservations and helped to make my wife's birthday special with balloons in the room, a chilled bottle with glasses, and great reservations for Chic Cabaret.

Had a great first vacation with my husband here, Randy was an amazing butler and made sure we got great reservations at all the restaurants. The facilities were clean, pool was gorgeous and the service was fantastic. Wouldn’t highly recommend this resort.

Rodny, our personal butler, greeted us upon arrival, set up our dinner reservations and then shepherded us through the week. Every problem we encountered he resolved. Our week was luxurious, heavenly pleasant, full of sunny beach days in the water or on our lounge chairs, sometimes the same except by the pool. Our large group just stayed here for 1 week, and we all had such a great time. The property is beautiful. It is a large property in itself, and affords access to the adjacent Palladium properties. We were in the 5500 block, which is nice and central to everything, and has quieter pools surrounding it. The room was large, clean, and stocked well (the room service box was pretty neat too) We did alot of walking up and down the beach, and honestly the TRS beachfront is the nicest one in the area. And we never had any issue getting loungers, no matter what time of day we went. Oh and the gym was excellent. By far the largest and best-equipped gym we've used on at a resort *Be sure to grab an espresso martini at the lobby bar (soo good), and splurg on thr Chic Cabaret show (such a great time there)

The room had large cobwebs on light fixtures and the pillow smelled like bad cheese. TRS update yr rooms or at least give a deep cleaning The food needs a lot of help too.

Clean, well maintained room. Friendly staff. Lots of food choices, but overall the food lacked flavor. Lots of pool and bar options. The drinks were stronger than expected, which was good. English language barrier was difficult at times.

We had Rodney as our butler and he was great. He got us non-alcoholic beer as requested . Note to resort: start stocking it please:) great time and great stay!
