The hotel staff went over and beyond and are TRS hotels best asset. Charlie was outstanding. Originally we were assigned a room which was very noisy-- construction outside the property. They did change our room for the next day which was quite . Julio -- server at beach was also very friendly and provided excellent service.

This resort gave me the best experience i had in my entire life. What makes it even better is the staff. Charli was the best. He made our trip easy comfortable and accessible for anything. And always present us with a smile

Amazing vacation. From the moment we arrived we had exceptional service. I traveled with two friends and we stayed for a week. This was my 4th trip to Punta Cana but my first time at TRS. I will definitely be coming back. Check in was fast and we stayed in building 52. We were right by the pool, Helio's restaurant and the beach. Our butlers Charli and King Kong we're amazing and made sure we had reservations at the restaurants we wanted, got our excursions scheduled, and helped us get a great deal on a spa package. The restaurant staff and bar staff was very friendly, and they made an effort to remember our drink choices. The beach was amazing also. Yes there was a little seaweed in the water our first day there, but it is ocean and nature does take over sometimes. The water was clear every other day until we left. There is a crew out every morning raking up the seaweed. Collected on the beach overnight. As for restaurants The Hibachi restaurant, french restaurant, Helios, and the Italian restaurant where our favorites. After dinner we often found ourselves in the main lobby bar, hanging out with Frank, while he made us some amazing cocktails. When it was time to check out, Charli came to find us, made sure our bags were collected and our transport to the airport was waiting for us. It was the smoothest checkout process I've ever had. We will definitely be back next year to TRS!!

Great Hotel! we had a wonderful time. The rooms were good, room service was very good. Liquor selection in our room and at all TRS Bars was above the norm -top Shelf. Our Room concierge, Joel was excellent! Most of the Staff in the hotel were always smiling and willing to help. SPA was amazing. Great massages, spa treatments, and juice bar, relaxation pools and jacuzzis were great!! Food was OK, Many restaurants available to choose from but the food was not always good, in some cases, waiters did not speak English well enough to understand what we were requesting. Plenty of food in general but I wish quality would go up a notch or two. Grate Beach and pools, meticulously clean. Never had any problems finding a place to lay down. Security was great making sure that everything was secure. Good Drinks at the pool and at the beach. In Genral I will come back.

We had a great time, the hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Charlie was our butler and he was great, making sure we had everything we need it. He got a cake for my husband bday. We love the Italian restaurant and the BBQ lunch, best paella ever.

When we got there we were checked in right away . staff very friendly. Food choices outstanding! Drinks were great too. Ask for Charlie he was our assigned butler and he was very helpful with all our needs... The room was clean and huge. Ask for there daily activities list. You will enjoy there daily fun filled activities.

The resort is huge and beautiful. Service need to be improved. Management should train their staff on providing good service to their guests. They are subpar in comparison to other all inclusive and 4-5 star resorts in carribean. My husband and I have travelled to different places and this is the first time the service of an advertised luxurious hotel is below average and I blame the management for this. They should learn from other luxurious resort. They provide butler to all guests which they should not, because butlers means that they will be there when you need them and provide whatever you need not wait for them and still not get what you want. I dont blame the butlers, I saw our butler work hard, he was all over the place trying to please guests but since he is assigned to alot of guests, he cannot immediately respond to everybody. We dont need butlers, give it to guest who wants special attention so that they can do their job better. What we need and I am guessing others too who are complaining about service is to be informed on how everything will run in the resort. Nobody told us we need to reserve the day before on an ala carte restaurant of our choice. On our 3rd day we found out from other butlers that there are restaurants in TRS that are exclusive for TRS guests and we dont need any reservation because its “exclusive” for us. Well, so much for being exclusive, we were not informed that eventhough its exclusive for us, we have to wait 20mins or even more in

We had a great time, the hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. Charlie was our butler and he was great, making sure we had everything we need it. He got a cake for my husband bday. We love the Italian restaurant and the BBQ lunch, best paella ever.

You cannot imagine how gratifying is for us that you have regarded our hotel as a “luxury hotel”.
