I did not personally enjoy my time. I had many issues with resort. The only good part, the best part, was Rodney (our personal butler). He did everything he could to make our stay a good one. My sister was injured and we needed a bandaid, there was no first aid kit anywhere. We had to go on a search asking around for a bandaid and needed to clean her wound with vodka. There was no evening entertainment and nobody knows where anything is. The restaurant staff is very unhelpful and not friendly. I did enjoy the gym, they had an excellent fitness center. We had a late flight and asked for a late check out from the moment we arrived. They pushed up until our last day just to tell us that we could not have one. They locked us out of rooms even before our check out scheduled time. For what is supposed to be a high-end resort, I found them to be very cheap and not accommodating.

We stayed for 9 nights at TRS, and this is definitely a place for older individuals, so if you're looking to party, this isn't the place to pick. We had a swim up room which was a nice touch. This is the first all-inclusive resort I've stayed at that I genuinely found myself bored. No pool activities (besides once where they danced at pool side) "Scheduled" activities in the daily texts we received almost never happened. The food was mediocre at best (Room service food was awful.) Our bed sheets were never washed for the 9 days we stayed there; they only ever remade the bed for us. We spent a lot of our stay at the resort next to us, since we had access to the other resorts. Those resorts at least had music, activities, pool volleyball, etc. Things you look forward to at all-inclusive resorts. Entertainment in the lobby at TRS included a violinist and people that would sing, maybe it just wasn't our jam, but very slow paced and not the typical upbeat party environment we usually are in. Some workers were very friendly, while others, if you don't speak Spanish, they don't want much to do with you (which, maybe we should have brushed up on our Espanol, but still... I don't think you should receive the cold shoulder). All in all, I would not stay at this resort again due to the mild slow-paced environment, no activities, etc. I would have rather stayed at the resort next door even though it wasn't adults only, we at least had fun over there and there were things to do.

Most of the staff was AMAZING. There were a few little things that make it a 4 vs 5. I would give it a 4.5 if that were an option. The grounds were very well kept and it was beautiful. We had a swim up pool and it could have been more clean which was a negative but it didn’t stop us from using it. Just looked like it needed a deeper clean more frequently. The room was very clean and well kept. Everyone has a butler. I was not impressed with ours. The only thing he did for us was make the chic cabaret dinner reservations for us. We would 100% go back and are planning on it next year. Food was amazing as well!

We first had issues with the housekeeping. Used wash clots were taken from the floor, folded and placed on the counter as if they are clean. The second day, they took the 3 used wash clots, but did not leave replacement. The day after, they took the fourth one, again no replacement. But that did not ruin our stay, our butler made sure after I complained that the room gets cleaned properly and that we have everything we need. What really ruined our stay was the food poisoning. The 5th day into our stay both,my husband and I got food poisoning. I was affected more than he did, vomited, had severe pain, diarrhea, was violently ill.I had to see the doctor at the resort, received a couple injections for pain and nausea, and was placed on antibiotics that is used to treat amebiasis (parasitic intestinal infection).The rest of our stay was ruined, we spent the entire day in the room, both sick. Someone needs to take a serious look at the food prep. One morning we noticed the lettuce to be full of degrees. We showed it to the server, she called the cook from the kitchen, he just took our plates into the kitchen without taking the bowl with the rest of the lettuce came from. We ordered a cold cuts plate from our room just to receive cheese covered in mold and peace of foil still on the cheese, ordered pizza and received a completely burned, inedible pizza. The next day again after trying to get lettuce, we noticed same issue, dark spots, probably soil, not being washed properly.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the TRS Turquesa, and it truly exceeded our expectations in every way! The lush surroundings, pristine beaches, and elegant architecture created a serene atmosphere that made us feel like we were in paradise. One of the standout highlights of our stay was undoubtedly our butler, Norilease (Noris). She went above and beyond in making our anniversary celebration unforgettable. From arranging special surprises to ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay, Noris truly made us feel like VIPs. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our experience were remarkable, and we are so grateful to her for making our time there so special. The staff at TRS Turquesa were exceptional as well. Every interaction we had was met with warmth and professionalism. Whether it was the front desk team, pool staff, or restaurant servers, everyone was eager to help and made us feel at home. We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary at this hotel, and the entire experience was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for, and every detail felt thoughtfully planned to make our stay special. Our room was beautifully prepared, spotless, and offered a cozy, romantic atmosphere—exactly what we hoped for. The amenities were top-notch, and the ambiance throughout the hotel added to the celebratory mood. A special shout-out and review for Eduard, our butler: Eduard went above and beyond during our stay. His attentiveness, professionalism, and warm personality made our anniversary unforgettable. Whether it was arranging surprise treats, helping us plan moments throughout the day, or simply checking in to ensure everything was perfect, he exceeded all expectations. Service 10/10, Food 9/10, Rooms were. Dated but well-kept and very clean (and I’m a picky person). Beach Ares 10/10. Butlers 100/10 Rosmilka was phenomenal I can’t say enough about her. Restaurants Tentacione and Kusko were AMAZING Thanks to Wendy
