Presidential Suites Punta Cana - All Inclusive

The staff was rude a lot of the time and ignored the customers. There were times where I had to wait an hour for someone to just bring me water. The man who went around trying to sell spa sessions and things like that was too pushy and annoyed me everyday when I told him I wasn't interested in any of that and he would make rude remarks. The food was cold most of the time and not cooked well in general. Most of the days the food made me sick so I just wouldn't eat anything besides salad. The area where the resort was at had a lot of locals trying to sell their services and they would not take no for an answer and hounded me everyday. The cleaning staff did not clean our room everyday or re stock out water everyday. When we called for water we had to wait for an hour and then we called again and had to wait for another 45 minutes for anyone to bring us water. The beach was the nicest part of the trip.

My sister and I just came back from staying at the Presidential Suites, the resort was clean and staff aimed to please. We arrived late that night and the restaurants had closed, Speedy helped with our luggage to the room and gave us a quick tour of the resort, he had the cook to make us burgers and fries. Our room was spacious and the sky view was incredible. Housekeeping even washed a few dishes and catered to our request of extra towels. We least like the food, bed was not comfortable, and since we were not members, we were not given towels on the beach but we had our own. This is a nice resort but not kid friendly often times the daycare was closed and not enough activities to keep them occupied. I would recommend to a friend and stay again if the price is good.

We when as a family group of 13 people and every one was please the way waiters/waitress and bartenders attended all of our needs. most of the week rain but we had a great time because the entertainment crew was amassing, everyone was playful but respectful. We will recommend this hotel any time and we will return one day.

Unfortunately when we arrived, it had been raining for DAYS and the electricity, water, and pumps had all stopped working that morning. Our first impression was not a good one...bad smell, water/sewage everywhere, pools closed. HOWEVER, the staff was working non-stop to clean it up, helping accommodate those whose rooms needed to be switched due to flooding and our own room was upgraded as well! The 3 bedroom apartment was big and way more room than we needed, but it was very nice! Our balcony overlooked the pool. We didn't have a need for a full kitchen, but nice to have in case. We were just steps away from the pool (which we couldn't use due to the circumstances, but it would have been great!) the beach, and the eating area. There is a little beach bar just steps away from the seats on the beach as well....thats always nice. There were daily beach activities and games that you could participate in. Music playing. At night, there was a theme event: Disco Night, Karaoke, Michael Jackson. It was something small, but entertaining to do. The food was expected...buffet style, several options. There was a theme for dinner each night: Italian, Mexican, etc. There were 2 eating areas that you could make reservations for: Japanese and Italian. We did not do this, but our friends really enjoyed the Japanese restaurant. We did not bring kids on this trip so I cannot comment on that. But I did not see many kids in general...maybe 2.

Very nice hotel, close to the beach and with all ammenities, the food was great and it was different everyday. Very good entertainment team. Goog location with access to town within walking distance! I would definetely recommend the hotel and go again!

Less than friendly management, wait staff was nice. At best, mediocre food, difficulty getting food at inbetween meal times.

Staff is super nice and always checking on you. Not that big of a resort but didn't mind because staff was never to busy for you. Really liked the fact that they had security 24/7 which made me feel safe. The bar is literally off the beach. The entertainment crew was funny and wanted to make sure you were having a good time. The buffet is like other buffets. Restaurants at the resort were good but make sure you make your reservations in advance. Would definitely recommend anybody to come here if they are looking for a good time and to relax.

Not the biggest resort but lots of fun and plenty of activities to do. Plenty of nearby shops and restaurants if you feel like venturing out. Staff is very friendly and entertaining. The suites are very spacious and beautiful.

Nesecita dar buena propina para que te den buen servicio

Very nice resort, excursions are kinda far, it's in a small town so not much of a city feel for you to walk and explore - Santo Domingo is 2 hours away. So you're kinda stuck to your stay at the resort? Souvenir shop merchants are persistent so beware but they're easy to bargain with. When taking taxis or motorcycle taxis make sure to bargain first!!

I read the reviews of this property and because I stayed in a sister property in Puerto Plata, I had high hopes. With any trip, it's what you make of it, but I must say I was not impressed overall. Mostly due to service. Some of the staff were very nice and friendly but most were not. Being an all inclusive, I often felt like I was bothering staff to order food or get a drink order. Not a good feeling. Simple tasks like having towels were a chore. And you can't order room service. And we were told on the first day you were to have beer in your room, which we NEVER got. And if you miss the cut off time prior to dinner, you won't be able to eat anywhere on site. And dinner reservations are difficult to get. It's a small property, which could be good or bad. The beach and pool areas are nice once the pool is open and it closes really early. Overall, I would not go back and visit this property again.

Hotel was clean and every morning I saw the staff cleaning the beach, the sheets on the beds by the beach and the pools. The entertainment staff were excellent. They were friendly and made me feel comfortable. The only thing that could be improved are the waiters/waitress. We felt ignored and we had to walk to the bar to order or drinks. They rarely came to us. On the last day we noticed if we tipped them everytime they came around they would come around more often.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION you can have the feel of the resort and city too 3 or 4 blocks outside of the resort there are resturants, bars and vendors the staff were friendly and professional the beach is nice food, not great but is decent

This resort and the beach is very beautiful. The staff is very friendly and their for your every need. The rooms were spacious and clean and could fit 4 people inside very comfortably. The rooms also have coffee maker, stove, toaster, waffle maker just to name a few although you really don't need it. The bed was a little on the firm side. The pools are cleaned daily and never over crowded(5 feet deep). There is no swim up bar, but waiters and waitress will tend to you pool side. The food was average but served its purpose. Breakfast and lunch were buffet style and snack/dinner is a menu of 6-8 choice but doesn't change as the nights go on. This resort can fit needs for every type of traveler, I would stay again!!!

My over all opinion about this hotel is alright I seen better places

Check in was very easy and friendly staff. The room was very big, nice, a full 1 1/2 bath apartment. Clean, spacious with plenty of towels, shower/bathroom items, toilet paper and things like this. The kitchen comes with a pan, big saucepan, knives, forks, spoons, big/small plates, bowls, a few glasses, small coffee maker and microwave. Don't expect anything else in there so it might be a good idea to bring some extra items for cooking. One flat screen in the living room and one in the bedroom, no DVD players. Bring one if you want. If you plan ahead though, it's no problem.
