The resort was clean and the staff was very helpful.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was great. A few things bothered me. The hotel allows vendors to set up tables. Which is ok, but a few can be a little aggressive. The other was we upgraded to premium. I understand that premium customers will be treated different. I had a problem that my room had a bad odor. I complain and they offered to switch our rooms. My wife decline so they said they will come and clean it. I wait 2 hrs then I called the front desk. They asked what class I’m I. I said premium. Then they said they will send someone. A half the later they sent someone. My problem is what if I wasn’t premium would they have told me wait until tomorrow. The next thing is they should have a calendar on what days certain restaurants will be open. That way you can plan accordingly.

Beautiful resort. Food was good and beach was beautiful. Check in was terrible. We wanted yo upgrade to premium and finally after a 2 hour wait, they told us they were out of premium services. This set the tone for the whole week.

The good: pool bar was excellent, and let’s be honest, you’re in paradise so how bad can life be? The grounds were beautifully maintained, the gardens and walkways immaculate, the beach cleaned constantly. There was some seaweed but they were constantly cleaning it up (I spoke with some other travelers from other resorts and this was a common occurrence for all) The bad: check in was a disaster (made to wait 2 hours in the lobby while they tried to find room requests) we had sent several emails, messages and phone calls prior to arrival and got no where. The food was average. The facilities very tired and worn (ie public bathrooms had broken doors, scuffed toilet seats, toilets that wouldn’t flush, rooms were clean but beds were rock hard). We were told the resort had just been renovated so I didn’t understand why this was so? The ugly: the resort was attended by a very large contingent of high school children who were on senior trips (we are talking well over 100 kids) these kids were coming from Puerto Rico mostly but some from other countries as well. They would swarm the bar areas and completely take over pushing out the other vacationers, while being served massive quantities of alcohol. While I understand that kids will be kids, this was a little excessive for the predominant age range. They also had employees in the lobby who would do a ‘hard sell’ to get you to attend a meeting to commit to going back, they wouldn’t take no for an answer- ANNOYING!

0 stats. The hotel was dirty and staff wasn’t helpful. The room was dirty and smelled. The bed had sand on it, flies and masquitos, the curtain had a blood stain. I asked to upgrade (I wanted To pay) nobody got back to me. The pool looked dirty and staff had holes in their uniform. It seemed like alot of locals had reservations there (Shady overall). i I cancelled my reservation a few hours after I got there and spent $800 to book another resort. Not sure why people were leaving good reviews for this place.

There was confusion over the pricing via internet communication, I paid about $500 more than I anticipated. Other than that, the price of three day stay was well worth the money consider all the free amenities offered

Do not book this resort. It is a scam. Everything is closed, the beach is filthy (trash in the ocean water), everyone is smoking everywhere on the resort (like a casino), the staff is rude and does not help you (with the exception of Odelis and Maria and the buffet). This place is a total waste of money. They allow vendors to hustle you. Everywhere you go someone is begging for money. Flies all over the food at the one buffet that’s open. Terrible food. No clean water to drink. They give you a few bottles per day. Sex escorts walking around the resort and drug dealers.

Clean and great place to relax or any thin . Good location walking distance from shopping and sime restaurants

Rooms were clean daily. When needed something,like towels they were prompted to brigh them to the room.

Very clean, comfortable, quite and friendly staff.

The entire staff were super courteous and helpful. It was well worth our stay.

The grounds were nice. The room was basic and smelled like mold and cleaning supplies. The bed was hard as a rock to the point me and my husband could not move the next morning so we spent a lot of time sleeping on the beach. It’s disappointing to be on vacation and you cannot wait to get home to your own bed. I also did not enjoy that restaurants were only open at certain times so if you go on any excursions you may not be able to eat till later. Lastly the pools and beach close at 6:00 pm! Lame 😒 made us feel like there was nothing to do... 👎

Very Beautiful and nicely maintained very friendly staff

Everything was very nice, not too many bells & whistles, but a nice medium-sized property. Some of the restaurants were closed each night which was frustrating, but we made due.
