The room was very dirty. We had to change the sheets and broom the room.
A good hotel in AZ. I stayed in a room with two queen beds. Staff was prompt and check in was smooth. They had laundry, gym, coffee. Unfortunately the gym was closed due to Covid situation and breakfast was suspended. The room has fridge, microwave, blow dryer. They gave shampoo too. One thing the room could be better is if it had better lighting. The heater/AC was a bit old, but did its job. Looking forward when they improve those. Thanks, Super 8!
Everything about this hotel was horrible. That was the worse hotel experience I have had in my life. That says a lot for someone who often travel to third world countries. The only thing this hotel beats is sleeping on the streets or in a car.
The property and room was very run down. My husband cannot do stairs and they didn’t have an elevator. We requested a ground floor room and they charged us an additional $10 per night. I did get the manager to wave one night. The breakfast was horrible. We would not stay here again!
The hotel itself is fine but the other people there are so so. I woke up at 1:40 in the morning to slamming doors and the strong smell of Marijuana. It was also clear someone had previously smoked in my room as there was a bag over the smoke detector. Otherwise, the room was fine, though they didn't include a hand lotion and gave puny shampoo and conditioner bottles. Also, one of the towels were stained with that looked to be makeup.
Very and small cozy place. Easy to check in and out
It was nice, pleasant and comfortable. Staff was very nice and friendly.
Too much noise from upstairs guest. People outside doors smoking. Not a good experience
Old mattresses, dirty everything, towels, sheets & comforter. There where cigarette butts on the carpet.
Room with one king sized bed. Mattress needs to be retired. My husband and I swear it WAS NOT a king sized bed and the mattress was so bad, very lumpy and we couldn't stop rolling to the middle. Towels were slightly bigger than hand towels and were for and well-used. Alarm clock could only be plugged in if it resided across the room. No plug ins available on the bed side of the room. My husband needs a CPAP in order to sleep. Breakfast was a joke! Basically nothing. But the scariest part is that they lock the doors to the parking between 10 PM and 6 AM and your key card doesn't work. If there were a fire, I'm scared what would happen. We had to get an employee to unlock the door (after 6 AM) in order to leave the place. It should be condemned!
The hotel has been upgraded, you can't deny the motel is aged, but they are still doing their thing...my room was non-smoking and I was warned that if I smoke in the room its $100 fee? Well maybe the rooms shouldn't stink of smoke already. I think the staff was on some power trip regarding marijuana. Telling me I can go smoke a joint at the gas station across the street (LOL, ya go smoke next to flammable liquid). With my arthritis it helps with my pain... so I don't really care if I smoke on your parking lot which I did! The price was right, and its a nice enough place for $50-60 a night.
Floors left bottoms of feet dirty. Slidding door didn't lock. Desk employee at check in was extremely helpful but the others after were not.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Floor of room felt like it needed to be sweeped, but overall cleanliness I rated a 4. Great flat screen tv with Direct TV and wide selection of channels. Great location, quiet. Smaller hotel where they remember your name.
