Remodled Mid-Cenrtury Modern with pool house

The house is newly renovated in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to the airport, freeway, restaurants, golf, and Spring training stadiums. The house is gorgeous with all the amenities of home, a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, lap pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, pool house, and so much more. It is a great place for weddings or receptions but there will be an additional fee if you are hosting an event.
This beautiful 4200 sqft house sits on a 1-acre lot and has a gorgeous yard. The main house is a split level with so many amenities it is hard to list them all. The gourmet kitchen has dining for 12, bar seating for 4, a Subzero fridge, six burner gas stove top, and double ovens plus everything else you need to cook a five-star meal. There are 2 living areas in the main house one faces the back with a gas fireplace and a great view of the yard. The second living area has an HDTV and faces the front yard.
There are 4 bedrooms in the main house. The master suite is on the upper floor, and has an en-suite bathroom, HDTV, and private patio. The main level has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and a king bed in the other. The 2nd bedroom is on the lower level with 2 queen beds.
The highlight of this home is the back yard with comfy seating for entertaining, lounging, or eating alfresco. There is a lap pool with a slide and a huge Jacuzzi. The 1-acre property has a large grassy area for playing outdoor sports and there is a lot of room for parking. The pool house has a living area with 2-fold out couches, a full bathroom, kitchenette, sauna, steam room, outdoor shower, and a roll up bar that opens up to the yard. This is the perfect house for hosting wedding receptions or events (additional fee will apply for events please inquire about rates).
