Reasonably priced after looking at other options. Excellent front desk staff. It was a bit noisy in my first room on the ground floor. Breakfast was included and descent. Parking was $25 a night
It worked out well for us. There was parking next store although it cost a lot more than what was listed. We could walk to downtown sites. The bed was comfortable and a decent breakfast. The staff was friendly.
A good value for where it is, but the area feels dicey when the sun goes down. No signage. Thought my Lyft dropped in the wrong place.
The staff is friendly and helpful, but the rooms are dirty and the hotel smells bad
I questioned the property manager about several costs. She looked up Orbitz and said I needed to read better when I book my room. She was very rude and appeared to be bothered by my questions. My first room was not clean. I took pictures to show the manager and she basically said I was not telling the truth because it had been inspected 2 times. She finally offered me a different room. The room was cleaner. However the shower curtain was falling off, the frig barely worked, the wallpaper behind the TV was peeling. It was in walking distance to many attractions. The parking was very tight and the attendants were a little rude. The other staff members were very friendly.
What I did like about the sleep Inn is a very modern look.. The staff is very accommodating. What I didn’t like, the carpets in the room really need to be replaced shoes are must at all times while in your room I bring disposable flip-flops
Overall it was a nice hotel lobby very clean everyone very professional. I wasn’t told about room service that if I needed anybody I needed to go find them and ask for more towels washcloths, coffee, shampoos. What I did find very disturbing was shoes needed to be worn always once in the room I don’t know what was all over the carpet but my feet turned black because of the carpet. It was very sticky
It has a good location and WiFi, a parking lot. Room was quite dirty, there was terrible smoking odor all the time. Breakfast was announced, but it was absent (Covid19). I think they could offer lunch boxes or some discount because of this. The elevator was awfully dirty (its floor capet).
City center, coffee 24/7, complimentary breakfast, though only until 9am weekdays, 10? weekends. In Chinatown, near Reading Terminal, Convention Center. Friendly helpful staff.
Very convenient being that it's in the city. Easy to get to everything.
There was a whole punched in the door of the closet in my room, and there were bits of trash on the floor and behind furniture.
I loved the location most about this property. The staff was very helpful! I would stay here again. There was really nice bar lounge restaurant next door . Restaurant had some of the best wings I have ever had and drinks. I felt safe. The hotel is an older model but it severed it's purpose.
Upon walking into the hotel lobby, I could hear loud music coming from the neighboring bar. I asked the desk clerk if the music would be audible in my room. The clerk said that because I checked in at 10:30pm, only one room was left and that room was located on the ground floor where the music could easily be heard. Note: there is nothing in the reservation from Sleep Inn advising that I would be subjected to loud music during my stay. The music from the bar persisted until 2:00am. Afterward, the desk clerk thought it would be a good idea to use his phone to play music which was also audible in my room. In summary, given I had to get up at 7:00am, I got very little sleep, The fact that Sleep Inn expects customers to tolerate not only music from the bar, but from the desk clerk as well, is beyond troubling and unacceptable. I expect a full refund.
I had a nice experience with this hotel. The room was clean and the bathroom was modernized.
The location is convenient, and the hotel is very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast (included) was ample and tasty.
Chose the hotels location cause it was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. Didn’t bother with a car for this reason; very pleased with hotel and amenities. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit center city.
A great location, parking nearby, and good price! I’d stay there again!
