Nice hotel. Nice pool. Clean room, quiet hotel. Nice location. Would stay again.

We only stayed one night, so we didn't use amenities. but the room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. We usually struggle with sleep in hotels, but we both slept perfectly! The parking garage was right next to hotel

Needs serious updating - front office staff does not pick up the phone. You get what you pay for here.

Everything was good with only one exception. My warm shower in the morning started cooling off too much - probably too much usage by a lot of people at the same time??.

Room was perfect, hoewever phone to order room service did not work, went to the bar area to order something to take up and it ended up being cold and the pasta was terrible. My recommendation is eat before you stay,

closet was wet and had mold and mildew, sink was clogged. requested service did not receive

I had to buy dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Payed almost $30 for a tasteless bad looking piece of salmon. Definitely not worth the money.

even though there were 1000 guest for a chess tournament it was a great stay

The projected wait for room service was 90 minutes. This is unacceptable and negates the word "service." Hotel parking garage was full due to an event further inconviencing their "guests."

Stayed in the Sheraton during the Rock N Roll half in Philly. This hotel was close to everything we needed, and it was clean and wonderful. Great hotel!!

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were wonderful but I experienced lots of niggling issues: - the room keys never worked to get in or out of the car park which meant constant visits to the front desk - after going to the gym, hot and sweaty, I couldnt get back into my room. I couldnt get a new key because my wallet was in my room so it took a while to meet up with the security guard etc. appreciated the security point but it just seemed like the room keys were a real issue - the elevator and some of the hallway floors were dirty - the club lounge was sparsely stocked with snacks and after the morning there was never milk or even the small containers of cream to make a drink - $30 parking per night seems excessive to me on top of the hotel charges Overall this felt like a $120 per night hotel experience, not the $230 I ended up paying with parking.

Well the hotel was doing maintenance one morning and supposedly informed the guest by putting a letter under the doors stating such. I never received a letter. I found out about it when I went to the club room for breakfast which was not open that morning either. To add insult to injury when I returned to my room that morning I had no electricity either. I am not sure where the mishap was but better communication amongst the staff would have been suitable. I travel frequently and have never experienced such a thing.

Vanilla and outdated and ... No hot water in the morning, crumbling carpet, noisy hvac.

We stayed in a club room and the view was Amazing! However, we were not told at check in what time or where to go for cocktail hour or breakfast. The fitness center was great-- the pool was gross. The website advertised a hot tub and we were told it was filled in a few years ago. Overall a worthwhile stay.

Just awful. Room was dirty. I sound green crusty stuff on my pillow (after almost sleeping on it!!!) and coffee stained napkins on the bed. It's like it was used after being made and cleaned up.

No problems aside from several idiots yelling in the hallway outside our room at 3:00 am. The hotel's strongest feature is its location.

While the rest of the wedding guests stayed at another hotel, they all complained about the elevators and the front desert. I totally enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton.The elevators were big and speedy, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. My room was very comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

I was in Philadelphia for a weekend getaway to see the Giants /Phillies play 2 games and did some other sightseeing. The hotel was very large and adequate, but it lacked some warmth. The restaurant could have stayed open for dinner later than it did. The breakfasts were good. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The beds were so comfortable I did not want to leave! All the staff members we ran into were very helpful.

nice hotel, good location
