The staff were amazing, the area was lively, and the hotel was comfortable. Will be back!

The staff were nice however the property itself is falling apart and needs remodeling. Please also note that if you park in front of hotel with flashers on you will get a 75$ ticket if unlucky like me. You may want to park in the very expensive parking garage across the street or find parking. I really didn't enjoy the hotel and was only here for a P!nk concert . You also can't control the temperature in your room. We were on the second floor and it is extremely stuffy .

Old and run down. Not clean. Should be torn down.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Everything, except location, about this hotel is terrible. We arrived and stayed less than an hour. The photos are not as advertised. Our room did not even had a bathroom, was supremely dirty and smelly. There was a bug in our bed and stains. The bathroom was across the hall and was dirty and smelly. We asked for a change of room and were told that because we booked through a 3rd party no changes could be done to our reservation. We left within the hour and found someplace else. Worst experience.

Good location. Close to Jefferson train station, restaurants, bars and city center. Old building but room size was good. No breakfast, but Starbucks is next door.

The location was wonderful and so close to all the restaurants and shops!

They set the temperature in the whole sixth floor at 78 degrees. When I asked the staff at the counter to please turn down the temperature they had no idea how to do it. After calling a manager and waiting an hour they were able to turn the air down to 70. Floors are all uneven. Weird substances on the Windows. Just not an overall could stay.

Like: close to all in gayborhood Dislike: sheets on crooked, mosquitoes in the room!!! Weird stains on the walls. No screen in the window. No toilet paper, yes - no toilet paper! They left a vacuum in hallway. This room was 276$ for ONE NIGHT!! Never again. Very very dissapointing!!!

Small room. Unless they have short sheets, I believe the maid short-sheeted the bed.

Rent was very reasonable, considering surrounding hotels were charging much more. The heat is floor by floor, not room by room. The Location is pretty ideal, 2 blocks from Broad St. and 5 easy blocks from Convention Center, and similar distance to Rittenhouse Square, 3 blocks from theater district, walking distance from many good restaurants. The room was average, the bed was comfortable.

Old building, therefore a bit creaky and narrow. Good location with a parking garage across the street. On the night I stayed I needed to work on the computer, and the wifi was spotty at best.

upon arrival, the staff kindly offered early check in, but there was leftover food in the fridge from previous guest. Also, the room was very cold most of the time, called front desk to raise the temperature but it was still very cold most of the time during my stay. Overall, great location, but other than that below average hotel stay experience

no air in room very uncomfortable did not sleep at all will never stay at a roadway again

I loved everything about my stay there and the staff was friendly

I would rate a 1 for the front desk manager Brian and the GM.I called to cancel the reservation 3 days prior to check-in (it was my fault,I booked on the wrong side of the city,1st timer to Philly)and Calvin was insanely sweet and helped me out but said I'd need to call back because he can't cancel without a manger being there to approve but he would make a note(it was 10PM so I understood)so I called back in the morning and got Brian who explained to me that now we are within the 48 hr cancellation period and i would still have to pay in full.At this point I wasn't upset yet, we were just simply working out details but then he tells me "well why don't you just ask Calvin, maybe he'll pay for your room for you".HOW RUDE?! Obviously a front desk agent doesn't go around buying people hotel rooms. As a manger this is your answer to a problem?Well guess what, now I'm mad, there was NO reason to speak to me like that.So then spoke to the GM that was unwilling to help as well and said he stands by what Brian told me. Ouch! How are these people still in business if they speak to paid customers in such a rude and condescending manner?Long story, the other hotel I booked was nice enough to cancel my reservation(in the 48 hours). Both were booked on Orbitz and have to follow same guidelines, The rooms are insanely tiny!! I had a normal sized bag on my shoulder and I had to walk in the elevator sideways to fit it's so small. For $216.00 I would expect something more then a walkin closet.

Keep playing with the price which is not normal and not fair.

I travel often. The rooms feel like a closet with pipes and vents everywhere. No heater. The parking is bad $15 overnight. No In and outs. the parking lot is $14hr through oit the day. Location is great though. Worst hotel i ever stayed in bar none. We left and went to another hotel with no refund. We didnt mind though. Its that bad.
