The room they initially gave me was a downgrade from the original booking. Not only was at a downgrade that was not informed to me, but the room was dirty, it had mold, and the linen was falling apart. The person at the front desk, I believe his name is Michael gave me a really nasty attitude upon checking in because he claimed he could not find the reservation. When I asked to switch rooms, I told her the same person and explain the situation. No apology, no customer service came through any of my interactions with him. Had to move rooms after a meeting. I had so getting a new room at almost 6 o’clock was not convenient. Also, the room they gave me was the correct room as it was clearly a different setup and different size. This room was also old, a lot of mold in the tiles, hair in the sink hair on the floor around the toilet by the closet on the room floor. The linen was also old. This is an overall disaster. On top of not being able to check in to my reserve the room, I was charged $25 as an early check-in fee. Which was not confirmed. I did not agree to discharge so I will be disputing this as well. This was a mistake. Will never return to that hotel.
