Shabby. The TV was dark blue, unable to be adjusted. The tech called to the service the TV let us know that there simply was nothing they could do. The front desk and tech both told us the hotel was going to refund part of our stay for the issue; but the story changed at check out. In general the staff was nice, even if they were liars by accident.

They have a tub, but no plug to take a bath. They say they have luggage carrier, but i never saw one nor could i get one even though i waited for one from 8am until checkout at 11am. Times on wesbite and email from reservation are DIFFERENT then actual check in/out times. Theres 0 parking. They lied about the parking fee (said it was $52 with tax), also said there's daily parking close by (untrue, parking is 12hrs). Its so unsafe they lock the outside doors by 9:30pm (said its 10:30pm, untrue). There's no stores or anything to grab snacka nearby. After dark, i would recommend NOT walking anywhere alone. Its not well lit, no safe parking spaces, and it costs nearly $20 to grab an uber to go 7 blocks. Beds are hard, not veey comfortable. Pillows are so flat i had to use 3 of them. Water has decent temptature. But they give you two towles. Thats it. AC says it was at 65 degrees, but it felt like 70/72. No storage space for clothes ezcept 4 hangers in closet. Chair for desk waa broken ans the other chair by the table sat so low, we never used it. Will not stay at this hotel again. This hotel is more like a 2 star hotel. Which is fine, but they act like its a 5 star hotel ans the price reflects that. Trust me.....5 stars it is not. This is a 2, maybe 3 star hotel. I'd give it a 3 star for the delicious breakfast food and the amazing valet guys.

I thought it was terrible that you were charged an additional upfront $200 incidental fee that was then going to be eventually refunded of you didn’t have any additional fees. Also there was absolutely no parking anywhere so if you had a car they wanted $57.50 to park you car overnight which I thought was absolutely insane!!
