This is a beautiful boutique hotel however the staffing did not live up to the Nobu name. They charge $45/day for Valet however they rarely had a valet attendant outside so you are forced to park and go inside to find someone to help. The room was small as expected but very comfortable and minimally plush. However due to the location, I was awoken every morning at 5am by street sweepers and garbage trucks.
beautiful high end hotel in the heart of palo alto. priced out of my range but honestly the best hotel i have stayed in. enjoy it if you can get it at a fair rate.
Great location. Beautiful aesthetic. Very good restaurant. Attentive and friendly staff. They remember us from previous stays. Ease of checkin and check out. We won't stay anywhere else since we discovered this hotel.
Hotel is located in a really great area where there ate plenty or restaurants and also close to the Stanford Shopping mall. Staff was amazing and provided great service. We used valet since parking was non existant. Our room was upgraded upon arrival. Best part was when we came back from shopping in the evening, there was a hand written note and a cheese platter waiting for us in our room. Would stay here again a million times!
Excellent stay as usual. Only complaints are the need for an exhaust fan in the bathrooms of the guest rooms and the slow breakfast service in the restaurant on a Saturday morning because of understaffing. The waiter was apologetic but it was a problem because we had a hungry four year old.

The location is nice and the remodel has some deaign flair. The bathroom design is somewhat awkward and the air conditioning didnt work. The staff was friendly and attentive. There is not a pool as displayed on the or.bitz info section. Overall 3.5 stars.
Very hip hotel with trendy restaurant and bar/lounge in the lobby. I went here for a romantic weekend out of the house and it was great. Easy walking distance to all of downtown. I found a discount that made it reasonable, but the listed rate of over $500/weekend night seems a little high despite how much I liked it. This place is newly (2014) converted from an elderly home, but only the boxy shape belies that. I wouldn't recommend it for families.
Great stay. Staff, facility and location is terrific. Enjoyed using bikes for a few hours riding through Stanford.
