Reupholster the dining room chairs. The seat fabric is ripped in most of them, which makes the dining room look like a dump. Turn off the dining room tv, which is noise which nobody pays attention to. Instead, pipe in some soothing classical or semi-classical music which will elevate the environment. Everybody gets their news from their phones now, not TV. THANK YOU.

We had stayed for one night so we werent looking for anything super fancy. I found this hotel because it was near the venue we are doing an expo at. Upon walking in the front desk greeted us and checked us in it was a pretty fast experience. We got to our room and the room was huge! It had a bed area and a separate couch bed and desk area. The bed was pretty comfortable and very clean. My one and only "complaint" was the remote did not work for the TV, but we were watching netflix show on our ipad so we did not miss it. The bathroom was pretty spacious and clean as well. In the morning we went downstairs to grab some breakfast. We were expecting muffins and cereal, but they had a small hot food bar with eggs, bacon, french toast, and waffles that you can make in a machine. I def will be staying again when I am in Orlando.

Overall very good and safe for families. Minor issues: No body wash, only soap In room Coffee machine is not cleaned, couldn't use it. Cloth washer & dry room is small and not maintained well, and one washer wasn't working.

Very clean and I loved that the hand sanitizer dispenser was full at all times at the elevator and various spots in the hotel. The breakfast was very good and they had someone working in the area the whole time making sure nothing ran out and everything stayed neat and clean.

This place was clean, quiet, and super convenient to everything we wanted to see and do in the Audubon, College Park, and Baldwin Park Districts of Downtown. The desk concierge was very kind and welcoming. And while we didnt spend a lot of time in the hotel itself, when we were there it felt very comfortable and safe. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Orlando!
