I booked a room for two nights. The room itself was fine, but the noise level from traffic all night made it tough to sleep. Also their ad says they have a shuttle service, this is not correct. They use let's go and it is $18 to the airport. I would not recommend.

This was a last minute booking due to weather conditions. Phoned Ramada 1st as we had stayed there several times and found the it decent value for money. Even though it was a Monday night, way off high season, the quote was ridiculous. Too tired to keep calling so we took it. Check in was tedious despite having stayed there before. Room was fine ( we had our dog with us ). Ice machine on main floor was not operational ( we had to inform front desk ) and machine on 2nd floor was useless. Breakfast in restaurant in the morning was a disaster. One hour between ordering and getting our breakfast. Ice cold of course and certainly not very palatable. Waitress said something about kitchen being understaffed for some reason. Not really her fault so left usual tip and hope she did not have to pay out the kitchen staff. They deserved less than NOTHING.

Booked a room and we were asked if we wanted an upgrade. Room was very clean and no odors. Recommend this one. Staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. There is a nice restaurant and a bar in the building.

Stayed for three days to attend a conference. Great location however my room was not the room to stay in if you want to sleep. I stayed in Room 212 .In the room above I could hear the conversation and thumping that sounded like someone was going to come through the roof till 3 am . The occupants were not being inappropriatley loud there was just no sound insulation. There was obviously lots of sports teams staying there as could here hallway conversations as chaperones tried to get the kids to get to bed in the middle of the night.I did get a a move to a quieter room in the tower for the last night rm 257. It was quiet whew....i had asked for a quiet room at checkin. The late check out policy sucks after all of the lack of sleep. The lates check out was ! Pm.....2pm cost 1/2 a night rate ....4pm cost full night. I have stayed here a fair amount in the past primarily because of location. Not again.

centrally located, great staff ,good little pub right there as well as a small liquor store, its on a very busy street that is never quiet so be prepared for a crowd wherever you go , just west of the hotel is the lake area with some great little spots

Nice clean rooms friendly staff and perfect location across from Orchard mall 10 min to university and 15 to down town water front. Highly recommend the Ramada. The price is right.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Staff is very friendly and efficient. The room was spotless and recently updated with an excellent bathroom. The room is very spacious even with 2 queen beds in it. The beds are very comfortable and new and I love the duvet. Warm and cozy. I like the fact that you can control the heat / cooling and it's not noisy when it's operating. All in all a great stay at a great price. The only downside is that the corridors are outside. They have good security though as far as I could tell. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for quiet and a comfy bed. Fast free internet and flat screen HDTV with "all" the channels is a bonus!!

This is a great hotel with a great location right across the street from the mall and close to Denny's with a Perkins inside. The only thing I wish is that there would be a microwave in the rooms...I stay here for work and if I want to save money from going out to eat, I can't heat up any food I pack.

Our wedding was catered by the hotel. An excellent was by all staff members to make our experience a memorable one.

No problems with this hotel, safe good location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Showing its age, rooms drab, outdated furniture, requiring much facelifting. Hallways are a bit of a rat maze, must exit and re-enter to get to certain parts of the hotel. Food OK.
